AEW reportedly is currently estimated to have generated around 140,000 pay-per-view buys for their Worlds End 2025 event on December 29th at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer that based on early estimates and data, Worlds End 2025 is currently estimated to generate a similar number or slightly better than what this past November’s Full Gear 2025 event did for PPV buys. Meltzer reported that Worlds End 2025’s buys would make it the biggest since this past July’s All In Texas event.
In regards to splits, Meltzer reported that cable television PPV buys are down compared to Full Gear but this could be more due to the slow reporting of numbers due to the holidays.
The Wrestling Observer’s Josh Nason reported that based on the estimates for all of AEW’s PPV events in 2025, the company is currently estimated to have generated around 1.19 million to 1.25 million for total buys for 2025.
