Jake Doyle Makes Surprise AEW Debut & Joins Don Callis Family
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured former TNA talent Jake Something making his surprise official debut for AEW.
During the show, a video aired featuring Renee Paquette announcing that JetSpeed’s Kevin Knight & “Speedball” Mike Bailey were attacked earlier today putting their status for their Trios match with Jungle Jack Perry against The Demand in serious doubt.
This led to The Demand (Ricochet, Toa Liona, & Bishop Kaun) and Don Callis showing up pretending to be shocked over the news as Paquette brought up a bounty being placed on JetSpeed. Both Ricochet and Callis denied such a thing being on JetSpeed but Callis talked about how someone or something is now much richer as a result. This led to Mark Davis and Something showing up and Callis revealing they were the ones who had attacked JetSpeed. Callis then introduced Something’s new name as “Jake Doyle” and him as the newest member of the Don Callis Family.

Andrade El Idolo Makes Surprise AEW Return
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured Andrade El Idolo making his surprise return appearance to AEW.
Following Jungle Jack Perry & The Young Bucks’ victory over The Demand in a Trios match, the Don Callis Family’s Mark Davis & Jake Doyle ran out and attacked Perry and The Young Bucks. This led to Lance Archer and El Clon coming out to join in on the attack only for them to get attacked from behind by JetSpeed with hockey sticks. JetSpeed then brawled with Davis and Doyle that was interrupted by the lights going out. When the lights came back on, Andrade was seen standing in the ring with his mask that he took off and proceeded to lay out JetSpeed. Andrade and The Don Callis Family stood tall in the ring only to be interrupted by FTR and Stokeley Hathaway in a wheelchair coming out on the stage to take a look at all of the teams coming after their belts and Andrade’s return.
Just as @Boy_Myth_Legend + the @YoungBucks were celebrating their victory, @TheDonCallis Family is showing off their dominance including @JakeSomething_ + @AndradeElIdolo!

PAC Accepts Darby Allin’s Challenge for Rematch
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured PAC accepting Darby Allin’s challange for a match.
During the show, Allin was seen backstage frantically trying to find someone assumed to be PAC.
In a follow-up segment, Renee Paquette interviewed PAC backstage for some words about Allin’s challenge to him. PAC talked about how he is not interested in obliging Allin’s demands for a rematch and brought up how he’s 2-0 against Allin in matches. This led to Allin showing up to confront PAC and brought up how he’s defeated everyone in ethe Death Riders over the past year except PAC. Allin then asked him again for a rematch, which PAC responded back declining. As PAC was walking, Allin attacked him with a fire extinguisher and sent him into the metal garage door. Allin then grabbed PAC by the leg and dragged him to an exit door threatening to break his ankle if he doesn’t say yes to a match. even when Allin confronts him in person. Darby says he’s defeated everyone in the Death Riders except for PAC, asking him to give him this. When PAC refuses, Darby blindsides him with a fire extinguisher before threatening to break his ankle if he doesn’t say yes to a match. This led to a frantic PAC finally agreeing to the rematch and Allin running away before the the Death Riders could catch him.
.@BASTARDPAC refuses to give @DarbyAllin the satisfaction of a rematch, but Darby is taking it whether he likes it or not!
