LA Knight Abscense & Return Plans Update

As noted before, LA Knight has been absent from WWE since this past December due to a storyline injury at the hands of The Vision. Knight is expected to return in time for this month’s Royal Rumble 2026 event in Saudi Arabia.

Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Knight is currently scheduled to travel to Germany this week.

WWE will be holding a WWE RAW show on Monday in Düsseldorf and a house show event this Tuesday in Mannheim in Germany.

Indies Talents Set to Participate at WWE Tryouts This Week

Indies talent Blade Brown also confirmed earlier today on Instagram that he will be participating in WWE’s upcoming tryouts this week.

As noted before, WWE is currently scheduled to hold new talent tryouts at their Performance Center in Orlando, Florida this week.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that strongman competitor Joshua Hillen, basketball player James Karnik, and MMA fighter Regina Tarin are among those who have been confirmed to have been invited for WWE’s upcoming new talent tryouts.

In a follow-up report, Johnson reported that his sources stated that former TNA and current Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling talent Bhupinder Gujjar was also invited for WWE’s upcoming tryouts.

Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that indies talent Bruss Hamilton will also be among those will be participating. Airica Demia reportedly had also been set for a tryout but was later informed that she was in Florida to train at Tyson Kidd and Natalya’s Dungeon 2.0 and wrestle at a showcase event instead. Former WWE and current indies talent Notorious Mimi reportedly also had been invited for the tryouts but her status for it has yet to be confirmed due to she also is in Florida training at the Dungeon 2.0.

Indie talents Starboy Charlie, Nor “Phoenix” Diana, and Jimmy House also confirmed on social media that they will be attending WWE’s upcoming talent tryouts.

Izzi Dame Promo Segment Set for 1/13 WWE NXT Show

WWE announced one new segment for the card of this Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

This new segment announced was a promo segment featuring WWE Women’s North American Champion Izzi Dame.
