Backstage Update on Private Party Abscense & Contracts Status
Private Party’s Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy’s have been absent for AEW since losing the AEW World Tag Team Championship to The Hurt Syndicate in January of 2025.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources stated that Quen was in attendance backstage at an AEW event a couple of months ago but beyond that, not much else has been heard about Private Party.
Sapp reported that both Quen and Kassidy are still under contracts with AEW but the expiration dates for their contracts are not the same and instead expire at different dates from each other.
Sapp also reported that WWE did have interest at one point in potentially signing Private Party if they were available on the market.
