MJF & Brody King Responds To News Coverage of Anti-ICE Chants at 2/4 AEW Dynamite Show

As noted before, Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Las Vegas, Nevada featured the crowd chanting “F*ck ICE” prior to the start of the AEW World Championship Eliminator match between Brody King and MJF.

Following the show, NBC News and other news outlets covered the anti-ICE chant at AEW’s show.

In their report snippet, NBC News wrote on Twitter:

“Fans at an All Elite Wrestling match broke out into an anti-ICE chant that briefly paused the pro-wrestling match and appeared to startle one of the wrestlers in the ring.”

AEW World Champion MJF responded on Twitter to NBC News stating that he wasn’t startled by the crowd reaction and plugged AEW’s television shows on TBS, TNT, and HBO MAX.

“The world champion wasn’t startled. He’s better than you and you know it.

Watch @AEW Wednesday night on TBS and streaming on HBOMAX.

And watch AEW on Saturday nights on TNT and streaming on HBOMAX.”

King also responded on Twitter mocking MJF and also plugged his upcoming AEW World title match at AEW’s Grand Slam Australia 2026 show.

“I’m glad that we could both see how visibly frightened @The_MJF was of me.

Watch me end his title reign next Saturday 2/14 across the world at Grand Slam Australia on TNT and streaming on HBOmax. @AEW”
