Alan Angels Makes Surprise Appearance

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event at The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee featured former TNA talent Alan Angels making a surprise return appearance to TNA Wrestling.

Angels was revealed to be the mystery opponent for Ryan Nemeth’s scheduled match on the Countdown pre-show that ended up not taking place after Frankie Kazarian came out for an impromptu King’s Speech and told both of them to leave. Nemeth left while Angels didn’t and stayed in the ring throughout Kazarian’s speech.

This was Angels’ first appearance in TNA since November of 2024.

Frankie Kazarian Reveals He Signed New TNA Contract

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event also featured Frankie Kazarian officially announcing that he recently signed a new contract with TNA Wrestling to remain in the company for the foreseeable future.

During the Countdown pre-show, Kazarian came out to the ring to interrupt the match between Alan Angels and Ryan Nemeth telling them to leave since he had a bigger announcement that was more important than their match. Kazarian then made his announcement of signing a new contract and continued to boast about himself and claiming he was the reason for TNA’s recent big success and new television deal with AMC.

Jody Threat Wins Battle Royal for TNA Knockouts World Title Shot

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event also featured Jody Threat winning a #1 Contender’s Battle Royal match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

This battle royal featured Mara Sade, Mila Moore, Victoria Crawford, Tessa Blanchard, Jaida Stone, Elayna Black, Rosemary, Jody Threat, Harley Hudson, Myla Grace, and Tasha Steelz as the competitors.

As a result of her victory, Threat earned a future shot at the TNA Knockouts World Championship, which is currently held by

Trey Miguel Wins TNA International Title

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event also featured Trey Miguel defeating Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo to become the new TNA International Champion.

This was Miguel’s first ever TNA International Championship in his TNA career.

Mickie James Makes Surprise Return Appearance

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event also featured TNA Hall of Famer Mickie James making a surprise return appearance.

Following The Elegance Brand (M & Heather By Elegance) defeating Indi Hartwell & Xia Brookside after Ash By Elegance interefered to help, James’ music played to interrupt the celebration. James ran out to the ring and engaged in a brawl with Ash. This led to The rest of The Elegance Brand, Hartwell, and Brookside joining in that ended with The Elegance Brand being cleared out of the ring.

This was James’ first appearance in TNA since this past October’s Bound For Glory 2025 event that featured James’ TNA Hall of Fame induction.

Arianna Grace Wins TNA Knockouts World Title

Friday’s TNA No Surrender 2026 event also featured Arianna Grace defeating Lei Ying Lee to become the new TNA Knockouts World Champion.

This was Grace’s first ever TNA Knockouts World Championship victory in her WWE NXT and TNA careers.
