AEW held a new television tapings on Saturday at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia.
This taping will be for tonight’s Grand Slam Australia 2026 episode that will air later tonight starting at 8:00PM EST on TNT and HBO MAX in the United States.
Full results from AEW Grand Slam Australia 2026 tapings on February 16th:
- AEW Continental Championship – Konosuke Takeshita vs. Jon Moxley (c) went to a 20-Minute Time Limit Draw
- AEW Women’s Tag Team Championships – Babes Of Wrath (Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron) (c) defeated Megabad (Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford). Following the match, Lena Kross came out and attacked Babes of Wrath and joined MegaBad.
- AEW World Championship Contenders Series Finals match – Hangman Adam Page defeated Andrade El Idolo. Page earned a shot at the AEW World Championship as a result of his victory.
- Mixed Tornado Tag Hair vs. Hair match – Orange Cassidy & “Timeless” Toni Storm defeated Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta & Marina Shafir). Yuta was the person who suffered the loss for his team meaning he was forced to have his head shaved per match stipulation.
- TNT Championship Ladder match – Kyle Fletcher (c) defeated Mark Briscoe. Fletcher revealed a new pink colored TNT title belt for his match.
- AEW World Championship – MJF (c) defeated Brody King. Prior to the start of the match, the crowd gave loud “Fuck ICE” chants. Following the match, Hangman Adam Page came out to the ring and confronted MJF. It was announced that MJF will be defending his title against Page at Revolution 2026.
