As noted before, AJ Styles retired from his WWE in-ring wrestling career following his loss to Gunther in a Career Threatening match at this past January’s WWE Royal Rumble 2026 event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Styles revealed in a recent interview with the What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon podcast that he is leaving the door open for a potential in-ring return in the future.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Styles was seen in attendance at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida earlier today.
No other details were given regarding Styles’ visit nor the reason for it.
In regards to WWE’s current plans for the Styles tribute celebration at next week’s WWE RAW show in Atlanta, Georgia, the Wresting Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that his sources stated that SmackDown brand talents are currently scheduled to be in attendance for the Styles’ celebration at the show.
“Smackdown talent being flown to RAW this week for the AJ celebration.”
