Timothy Thatcher Reportedly Set To Become New GM of WWE EVOLVE
As noted before, Stevie Turner, real name Lucy Bridge, was released from WWE this past October as part of a larger batch of talent releases. Prior to her release, Turner had been working as the General Manager of WWE’s EVOLVE brand, which she had called herself as the Prime Minister for the role.
BodySlam+ reported that their sources stated that WWE officials currently have plans in place for WWE coach Timothy Thatcher to take over as the new General Manager for their EVOLVE brand.
Thatcher made his return to WWE in 2024 and had been primarily been working for WWE’s EVOLVE brand and as a trainer for their WWE ID program.
Mike D Vecchio & Nathaniel Cranton (Nathan Angel) Confirms Their New WWE Ring Names
Former indies and current WWE developmental talent Mike D Vecchio recently revealed on Twitter that he was given a ring name change and will now be known under the new ring name of Dorian Van Dux going forward in WWE. Vecchio changed his handle on his social media account to reflect his new WWE ring name.
WWE developmental talent Nathaniel Cranton, former Nathan Angel in the indies, also recently revealed on Instagram that he was also given a ring name change and will now be known under the new ring name of Tristan Angels going forward in WWE. Similar to Vecchio, Cranton also changed his handle on his social media account to reflect his new WWE ring name.
Dashcam Footage Released of Vince McMahon’s Car Accident in July 2025
As noted before, former WWE and TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon was involved in a serious car accident this past July in Connecticut and was charged with a misdemeanor for reckless driving and following too closely resulting in an accident. McMahon was placed in a pretrial rehabilitation program this past October that was for one year in length and included terms of all charges being dropped against him if he stays out of legal trouble until October 15, 2026.
The U.S. Sun recently released bodycam footage they obtained showing the aftermath of McMahon’s car accident.
In the video, the officer told McMahon that he was going over 100 MPH. McMahon responded back stating that he was going to his granddaughter’s birthday party and claimed he hadn’t driven that vehicle in a while for his reason for the accident.
When asked by the officer if he needed an ambulance for medical attention, McMahon rejected it.
McMahon was also shown berating himself and asked if anyone else suffered harm during the crash. McMahon was shown expressing relief when told the other motorist escaped uninjured.
