Start Time Change for WWE WrestleMania 42 Ticket Holders
WWE recently changed the start time for ticket holders attending their upcoming WrestleMania 42 event on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The start time for both nights of WrestleMania 42 was changed from its originally listed time of 4PM PST local to now a new start time of 2:30PM PST.
It is currently not known if WWE will also be changing the start time for the actual broadcast of the event, which is currently scheduled to start at 7PM EST (4PM PST).
Randy Orton Comments on Advice He Gave To Je’Von Evans for His Wrestling Career
A recent episode of The Pat McAfee Show featured Randy Orton as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Orton’s thoughts about his recent response to NFL legend Tom Brady about wanting to give Brady an RKO after Brady had called pro wrestling “cute” and how he has been appreciating every moment he gets to spend in the ring.
“I’m just having fun at this stage in my career, man. Especially after the injuries and the spinal fusion. There’s no one on the roster — that I’m aware of anyway — that’s had a lower lumbar fusion, let alone a double fusion. So the fact that I’m doing [anything], like, every second I’m in that ring, I am soaking it up. I’ve been doing this longer than damn near anybody. Gosh, I feel so grateful to be around. So hearing him call it ‘cute,’ like, I’m having fun. Ten, 15, 20 years ago? I would have been hot. I would have had choice words to say for Tom Brady.”
Orton also gave his thoughts about recent conversations he has had with Je’Von Evans and the advice he gave to Evans about preserving his body for his wrestling career.
“The in-ring work that we talked about earlier, I make sure that everything I’m doing, there’s a reason that I’m doing it. I’m not just throwing myself around. I see young guys come up, and you know, they don’t hurt. Je’Von Evans, he is incredible. But I’ve had a couple talks with him, because he’s doing so many things that nobody else can do. And he just — he doesn’t need to do them all every night.”

WWE PLEs on ESPN Now Available for Xfinity Customers
CNBC’s Alex Sherman reported that Comcast Xfinity customers will now be able to get access to ESPN’s ESPN Unlimited streaming service and WWE PLEs at no additional cost as of Thursday.
Sherman reported that Xfinity will “enable ESPN Unlimited plan authentication to eligible Xfinity TV customers” allowing eligible customers to unlock “access to exclusive streaming content on the ESPN App, including WWE Elimination Chamber this weekend.”
Since WWE’s media rights deal with ESPN to become the exclusive streaming broadcast home for WWE PLEs in the United States went into effect in September of 2025, ESPN has been slow to roll out access to cable and streaming subscribers who get ESPN for their new ESPN Unlimited streaming service. This slowness has led to a large portion of subscribers who get ESPN to not be able to get access to WWE PLEs for free and having to pay an additional cost to watch.
Xavier Woods Shoulder Injury Update
As noted before, Xavier Woods has been out of action for WWE since competing in a dark match at this past January’s Royal Rumble 2026 event due to a lingering shoulder injury.
A recent episode of the No Contest Wrestling podcast featured Woods as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Woods providing an update on his recovery from his injury and revealed that he is currently hopeful he can heal up with physical therapy and won’t need to undergo surgery.
“My shoulder has apparently gone through the meat grinder. I have a couple of tears in there. We’re hoping that it’s just physical therapy and I’ll be alright. If not, then ya boy will have to get cut open. We’ll see how it goes. I’m positive. I’m optimistic. If it is surgery, then that’s what it is. Everything happens for a reason.”
