Jey Uso Attacked By Mystery Attacker

Friday’s WWE SmackDown show at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky featured Jey Uso being attacked by an unseen mystery attacker.

At the start of the show, Uso was seen being placed in an ambulance as a big commotion with a lot of people took place surrounding it backstage. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis and Cody Rhodes talked about what just happened revealing that Uso was the victim of an unseen mystery attacker.

After more arguing and talking between Rhodes, Aldis, Trick Williams, and Je’Von Evans over Uso being taken out, Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre showed up in the crowd mocked Uso for being attacked and claimed his innocence in the matter. This led to Aldis showing up with security demanding for McIntrye to leave right now and Rhodes coming out and shouting at McIntyre and trash talking him.

It was announced that Uso’s status for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber 2026 is currently uncertain.

Logan Paul Replaces Uso in Men’s Elimination Chamber Match

Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured officially replacing Jey Uso in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber 2026, which takes place this Saturday at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

During the show, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis was seen talking to Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre escorting him out of the building with security alongside him. This led to The Vision’s Paul Heyman, Logan Paul, and Austin Theory showing up to confront Aldis. Heyman made his case for why Paul should replace Uso in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match and claimed Paul can easily win it and become the new champion. Aldis responded stating that he would consider it due to “politics” and walked away.

In a follow-up segment, Aldis was seen talking on his phone backstage only to be interrupted by Jacob Fatu. Aldis asked how Uso was doing and got a mostly non-answer from Fatu in return. Fatu then claimed that it was McIntyre who attacked Uso and brought up what McIntyre did to him breaking his teeth months ago. Fatu then made his case to be the one to replace Uso in the Men’s Elmination Chamber match, which Aldis responded stating that he will take it into consideration for his decision.

In another follow-up segment, The Vision were seen standing in Aldis’ office that was just a locker room with a large television hanging on the wall. Aldis showed up and after some words, he informed them that after a talk with RAW GM Adam Pearce, he has made a decision and Paul will be facing off against Fatu and the winner to get Uso’s spot in the Chamber match.

Later in the show, Paul defeated Fatu in a Qualifier match for Uso’s spot after some shenanigans went down involving The Vision’s Austin Theory & Paul Heyman, the mystery attacker of The Vision, and Drew McIntyre.
