New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the first four matches for the card of Sakura Genesis 2026, which takes place on April 4th at the Ryogoku Sumo Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
Sakura Genesis 2026 will air live on New Japan World starting at 3:00AM EST.
The first new match announced was an IWGP Heavyweight Championship match of Callum Newman vs. Yota Tsuji (c).
The second new match announced was an IWGP Tag Team Championship match of TMDK (Ryohei Oiwa & Zack Sabre Jr.) vs. Knockout Bros. (OSKAR & Yuto-Ice) (c).
The third new match announced was a NJPW World Television Championship match of Shota Uminio vs. Konosuke Takeshita (c).
The forth new match announced was a NEVER Six-Man Tag Team Championship match of HOUSE OF TORTURE (Ren Narita, Chase Owens, & Yujiro Takahashi) vs. Bishamontin (Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI, & Boltin Oleg) (c).
