Becky Lynch vs. AJ Lee for WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title Set for WrestleMania 42

Monday’s WWE RAW show at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts featured one new match for WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This new match announced was a WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match of Becky Lynch vs. AJ Lee (c).

This new match was initially setup over recent months shows over Lynch and Lee’s bad blood issues with each other. During tonight’s show, Lynch came out to the ring and talked about how people boo her but cheer for a person who abandoned them for a decade. After some more words, Lynch talked about spending time with her family and how she came back and turned the Women’s Intercontinental title into the most important Women’s title in all of wrestling. After some more words, Lynch talked about how she has to watch as AJ Lee prances around like she deserves the title and claimed she was robbed of her title at Elimination Chamber. Lynch continued talking about when she was back home, her daughter was singing the “Light It Up” song, skipping around the house, and flicking her hair like that “Jersey scum.” Lynch stated it was like her daughter didn’t realize her mom is the greatest of all time. Lynch then stated that Lee’s claim to fame is that she mastered the Divas Era, which Lynch stated that she murdered the Divas Era and ripped the butterfly wings off.

This led to Lee’s music playing her her running out to the ring as Lynch escaped to safety through the crowd. After some insults directed at Lynch, Lee issued a challenge to Lynch for her title at WrestleMania 42. Lynch responded back accepting the challenge and stated that when she takes her title back, she’ll save Lee the trouble. Lynch continued stating that she will end her and we’ll never hear from her again.

Seth Rollins Gets Arrested After Attacking Paul Heyman After Heyman Revealed He Has Restraining Order on Rollins

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Seth Rollins making a surprise appearance and getting arrested after attacking Paul Heyman.

During the show, a dejected Heyman was seen in the ring after being told earlier by RAW GM Adam Pearce that he needed to go out to the ring and address his issues with Rollins since he was scheduled for it on the show. Heyman talked about how he was having a bad night because there is no one left to hide behind and listed everyone in The Vision who is currently injured or are half conscious backstage and Brock Lesnar being so pissed at what happened with him earlier with Oba Femi that he left the area. Heyman continued stating that just leaves him and he has a stalker, a jaded ex who fancies himself as a Visionary and his name is Seth “Freakin” Rollins. After some more words, Heyman called out Rollins to show up and put him out of his misery.

This led to a mystery masked man show up from the crowd and got onto the announcer’s table. This mystery person took off his mask revealing himself to be Rollins as several Boston police officers rushed out to prevent Rollins from getting into the ring. Heyman smiled stating that men in his family are snitches and revealed that he had filed a restraining order on Rollins and Rollins broke it. This led to the police escorting Rollins away as Heyman ran his mouth insulting Rollins and his wife Becky Lynch. Heyman continued with his insults barrage talking about how Rollins’ daughter will be put in child protective services after Rollins gets divorced and his wife gets married to half of the locker room. Heyman then stated that he will adopt Rollins’ daughter. This led to an angry Rollins escaping from the police’s clutches and ran to the ring and laid out Heyman with a forearm. This then led to the police grabbing Rollins and arresting him and dragged him away as Heyman looked on with a smile on his face.
