Warner Bros Discovery recently released their AEW programming schedule for this April on HBO MAX, TBS, and TNT.
Among the notable announcements was this year’s AEW Collision Spring Breakthru show will be airing on Thursday, April 16th instead of its usual Saturday timeslot that week. The reason for the preemption is likely due to AEW and TNT not wanting to go head-to-head against WWE’s WrestleMania 42 event that weekend.
It was also revealed that AEW will be holding a new AEW Collision Playoff Palooza special on Saturday, April 25th. This upcoming show was also revealed to have a later than usual start time of 8:30PM EST on TNT due to TNT’s 2026 NHL Playoffs commitments.
