WWE: Bianca Belair Broken Ring Injury & Return Plans Update, Roman Reigns on Cody Rhodes’ Claims About Their Awkward Interaction on “Street Fighter” Set, Robert Stone Announces He Is Full-Time WWE NXT GM, 6/9 WWE NXT Show Set for Lowell, MA

Bianca Belair Reportedly Working Towards In-Ring Return from Broken Finger Injury

As noted before, Bianca Belair has been out of action for WWE since this past April’s WrestleMania 41 Night 2 event due to a broken finger injury and surgery.

BodySlam+ reported that their sources stated that Belair has recently begun light training and she is currently looking to make her in-ring return soon.

It was also reported that those spoken to stated Belair is still expected to be part of this April’s WrestleMania 42 event but it is currently not known if she will be cleared in time to compete at the event or if she will appear in a non-wrestling role.

It was also reported that Belair could be back in the ring sooner than later but an exact return date for her is currently not known.

Roman Reigns Comments on Cody Rhodes’ Claims About Their Awkward Interaction on “Street Fighter” Set

As noted before, Cody Rhodes stated in an interview with the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast earlier this month that him and Roman Reigns had a very awkward interaction on the set of the live action Street Fighter film. Rhodes claimed that this awkward interaction was due to the production people thought they were going to fight while filming and were contingent that the two didn’t cross paths.

Adam Glyn held a recent interview with Reigns. One of the topics discussed included Reigns’ thoughts about Rhodes’ comments about their awkward interaction during their time together on the set of the film and his belief it was Rhodes who caused the awkwardness.

Speaking to Adam Glyn, Reigns was asked about Rhodes’ claims that they were kept apart on the sets of ‘Street Fighter.’

“The rumor is, he was requesting that. He was a little nervous that I was showing up. He got there before me, and there was only a couple days of crossover. I think he was a little (nervous). You know what it is. The Tribal Chief comes to town, and he gets a little nervous. He doesn’t know what to do.”
