Chris Bey Makes Surprise Appearance & Reveals Ricky Sosa Signed New Contract with TNA

Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2026 event at the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana featured Chris Bey making a surprise appearance.

During the show, TNA President Carlos Silva and TNA Head of Talent Relations Tommy Dreamer came out to the stage. After some words by Dreamer about his experience and past in New Orleans, he welcomed Bey to come out to join them for the show. This led to Bey coming out to the stage and talked about how he is thankful for his experience in TNA. Bey then introduced the newest young talent to sign with TNA.

This was revealed to be European indies talent Ricky Sosa who came out and gave a speech and how he has been working for this moment for the past five years. Sosa continued stating that he is ready to bring the Sosa Era to TNA Wrestling.

Havok Makes Surprise Appearance

Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2026 event also featured Havok making a surprise return appearance to TNA Wrestling.

During the show, The Diamond Collective’s Tessa Blanchard, Mila More, and Victoria Crawford were seen walking backstage. As Blanchard and Crawford walked off camera to the left, Moore stopped after noticing something on the right side. This was revealed to be Allie in a bloody bunny costume.

Moore proceeded to follow the bunny and as she was walking, Havok suddenly appeared behind her. Moore noticed this and screamed as the camera faded to black.

This was Havok’s first appearance in TNA since May of 2024.

The Righteous Revealed They Were Matt Hardy’s Mystery Attacker

Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2026 event also featured The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) being revealed as the mystery attacker of Matt Hardy.

During the tag team match between Jeff Hardy & Vincent and The System (Brian Myers & Cedric Alexander), a video aired on the big screen showing a bloodied and knocked out Matt Hardy backstage. The camera started to zoom out revealing Dutch standing over Matt with his hand covered in Matt’s blood. This caused enough of a distraction for The System to pick up the victory over Jeff as Vincent looked on from the outside not caring to prevent it.

ODB, Taryn Terrell, & Mickie James Make Surprise Appearances

Friday’s TNA Scarifice 2026 event also featured former TNA wrestlers ODB and Taryn Terrell and TNA Hall of Famer Mickie James making a surprise appearance.

During the show, The Elegance Brand (M, Heather, Mr. Elegance, & The Personal Concierge) came out to the ring and proceeded to trash talk New Orleans and brought up Ash By Elegance’s current abscense over her needing time off to recover mentally from Mickie James calling her the “mark” word and fans taunting her over it. This led to ODB coming out to interrupt and after some words, she revealed she didn’t come alone and brought some others with her. This led to Terrell and James coming out.

James then issued a challenge to The Elegance Brand for a 6-Knockouts Tag Team match. ODB, James, and Terrell then made their way to the ring and proceeded to lay out The Elegance Brand.

This was Terrell’s first appearance in TNA since September of 2017.

Steve Maclin Suffers Injury

Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2026 event also featured Steve Maclin suffering an injury.

This injury took place during Maclin’s match against Mike Santana for the TNA World Championship. This injury occurred after Maclin took a superkick hard to the face causing his body to go limp and him appearing to have been legitimately knocked out.

This led to the match being stopped for some time as Maclin received medical treatment but he was unable to continue and the match was called off.

For some odd reason TNA declared the match as a victory for Santana by No Contest even thought that’s not how a No Contest is meant to be declared in pro wrestling.
