Willie Mack on His AEW Abscense Being About “The Booker Doesn’t Think He’s Worth The Money”

Willie Mack has been absent from AEW since March of 2025 and from Ring of Honor since this past December.

Mack recently reflected on Twitter about his current lengthy abscense from both AEW and ROH stating that he wants to wrestle and claims that he is about to become “a homeless superhero because the booker doesn’t think he’s worth the money.”

“When ya boy is about to become a homeless superhero because the booker doesn’t think he’s worth the money. #WhereTheBestWrestle.

It’s like for 2 years straight I’d call every week and ask if you got anything for me? You signed right? You still getting paid right? I want to Wrestle.”

Queen Aminata Neck Injury Update

As noted before, Queen Aminata has been out of action for AEW since this past November due to a neck-related injury.

Aminata provided an update on Tuesday on Twitter stating that she is currently pain free for her recovery process from her injury.

“5 months ago, I could barely walk without pain. Training was impossible. Sleep was miserable. My neck and spine were on fire… but the hardest battle was mental. Today, I’m moving again. Pain free. Time to rebuild. 💪🔥. #queenaminata”
