As noted before, Josh Alexander suffered a serious knee injury at this past March’s AEW Collision Slam Dunk 2026 tapings in Fresno, California and would need to undergo surgery to repair it. Alexander was pulled from this past Friday’s ROH x MLP Global Wars Canada and this past Saturday’s Maple Leaf Pro’s Uprising 2026 events in Windsor, Ontario, Canada due to his injury situation.
Alexander provided an update earlier today on Twitter revealing that he had underwent successful surgery for his knee.
“I lived.
And I’m beautiful. https://t.co/BGlYe6X9o5“
A timetable for Alexander’s return from injury is currently not known.
