Scott D’Amore Comments on Collaborating with Tony Khan for ROH x MLP Global Wars Canada Event
Ring of Honor and Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling recently partnered together to hold a co-promoted ROH x MLP Global Wars Canada event last week in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. This was the second co-promoted Global Wars event that ROH has held so far in 2026.
A recent episode of the Late Night Grin podcast featured Maple Leaf Pro owner Scott D’Amore as the guest. One of the topics discussed included D’Amore’s thoughts about his recent collaboration with AEW CEO and ROH owner Tony Khan and his belief that Khan has changed the wrestling industry for the better.
“It’s been really enjoyable. Tony Khan has a love and a passion for pro wrestling that is near unmatched. Here is somebody who changed wrestling for the better. People make more money in wrestling because of what he’s done and what AEW has done. More people are getting opportunities and people get generally treated extremely well”.

Mance Warner Comments on Him Possibly Signing with WWE or AEW After TNA Departure
As noted before, Mance Warner and Steph De Lander departed from TNA Wrestling this past March over issues related to TNA refusing to clear De Lander to return from her neck injury and telling her that she would never be able to wrestle for the promotion again.
MuscleManMalcolm held a recent interview with Warner. One of the topics discussed included Warner’s thoughts about if he is open to signing with a major promotion like WWE or AEW following his recent departure from TNA.
“Here’s how I look at everything. I’m a pro wrestler, I love all the companies. I watch too much pro wrestling on TV. I see that people argue about they like this and don’t like that, I like it all. I turn on the TV until Steph goes, ‘Alright, no more.’ Then I go upstairs and I watch WCW from 2001. I’m addicted to wrestling. For me, WWE, NXT, AEW, I would go to any of them. There’s things that you could do at one you probably can’t do at another. I look at the roster and I’ll throw out some names, I think ol’ mancer versus Darby Allin would be pretty wild. I think ol’ mancer and Gabe Kidd one more time would be pretty wild. ol’ mancer and Eddie Kingston, Jon Moxley another one. Then on the other side, you’ve got ol’ mancer maybe against Kevin Owens. Sami Zayn. I would love to have a microphone against CM Punk. At the end of the day, whatever place wants ol’ mancer to be ol’ mancer, I’m cool with that.”

During the show, Rosemary’s white rabbit was seen dragging Victoria Crawford away while she was walking with Tessa Blanchard. Later in the show, Blanchard was seen following the white rabbit to a mysterious room backstage. At the end of the show, Blanchard was seen inside this room and questioned where she was. This led to Father Mitchell being seen seated on a couch and told her that she was in the Undead Realm.

In a recent interview with NJPW’s NJPW1972 website, IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion and IWGP Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji gave his thoughts about him leading the company as champion. Tsuji stated “I’ll keep the same attitude that I have; I won’t change that regardless of the talk that comes out of it. And as I lead NJPW, I have to think about carrying all of Japanese wrestling and all of pro-wrestling worldwide. We have to change things, we have to keep moving into new areas, untested waters. If NJPW gets complacent, it gets left behind by WWE, AEW, CMLL, so part of protecting what makes NJPW great is by changing the way it does things, and to innovate. And that goes for the staff and the wrestlers too; I hope people disagree with me, and prove me wrong, if that makes things bigger and better for all of us.“
As noted before, Major League Wrestling and indies talent Mads Krule was involved in an incident at an event this past March for Ruthless Pro Wrestling in Berwyn, Illinois over a fan allegedly stabbing him during an attack. This stabbing part of the attack has been disputed by at least one person who attended the event. Indies wrestler Gregory Iron recently released a podcast episode detailing his firsthand account of the attack due to him being at the merchandise table and witnessed the incident. Iron confirmed that Krule “Krule appears to be pushed/and or tackled into a table” but he did not see any knife nor the alleged stabbing that was claimed to have happened. Iron also stated that at no time did he ever hear anyone mention a knife or a stabbing after the incident took place and he was stunned to read about the story the next day.
