LA Knight & The Usos vs. IShowSpeed & The Vision 6-Man Tag Match Set for WrestleMania 42
Monday’s WWE RAW show at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas featured one new match announced for the card of WrestleMania 42.
This new match announced was a Six-Man Tag Team match of LA Knight & The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) vs. IShowSpeed & The Vision (Austin Theory & Logan Paul).
This new match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Knight and The Usos bad blood issues with The Vision and later with them and IShowSpeed. During tonight’s singles match between Knight and Theory, Paul shoved Speed into Knight on the outside leading to Knight chasing Speed around the ring and up the ramp. This led to The Usos coming out to prevent Speed from escaping resulting in Speed running back towards Knight and leaped over him and ran into the ring. Before Speed was able to escape the ring, Knight grabbed him and started to drag him only for Theory to catch Knight in a roll-up and grabbed onto his tights for the pinfall victory.

Following the match, Knight grabbed the microphone and told The Vision and Speed to stay where they are and for Adam Pearce to come out. Knight proceeded to issue a challenge to Speed and The Vision for a 6-Man tag team match at WrestleMania 42, which Pearce made official for the show.

Gunther Teases Reason Why He Attacked Seth Rollins & Helped Paul Heyman
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Gunther teasing the reason why he attacked Seth Rollins and got involved with Rollins’ issues with Paul Heyman last week.
During the show, Rollins came out to the ring and after some words about him being happy to be back and missing the crowds singing his song, he talked about Gunther’s attack to him last week. Rollins stated that he doesn’t know the reason why Gunther did it but speculated that him and Heyman have to be in some sort of working relationship. After some more words, Gunther ran out from the crowd and attempted to lock in a sleeper hold only for Rollins to quickly escape and attempted a sleeper of his own to Gunther. This led to Gunther escaping and the two brawling on the outside that was quickly broken up by WWE officials. After the two were separated, Gunther delivered a cheap shot big boot to Rollins laying him out and then made his way to the back.

As Gunther was walking backstage, he stopped to see Heyman and the two had a chat that ended with Gunther saying that Heyman owes him so much more than just a “thank you” for the help and implied it to be a future match against Brock Lesnar.

Rey Mysterio Gets Added to WWE IC Ladder Match at WrestleMania 42
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one newly updated match for the card of WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This newly updated match announced was WWE Intercontinental Championship Ladder Six-way match of Dragon Lee vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rusev vs. JD McDonagh vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Penta (c).
This newly updated match was setup following Penta, Dragon Lee, and Je’Von Evans victory over Los Americanos in a Six-Man tag team match. Their victory celebration was cut short by Mysterio’s music playing and him coming out to the ring. Mysterio first praised Penta for being the WWE Intercontinental Champion and talked about the ladder match for his title at WrestleMania 42. Mysterio stated that he talked with Adam Pearce and got himself officially added to the match.

Finn Balor Teases Demon Balor Return for WrestleMania 42
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Finn Balor revealing he is bringing back his Demon Balor persona for his match against Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 42.
During the show, a video aired featuring Balor talking about Mysterio and JD McDonagh’s attack on him earlier. Balor talked about how Mysterio never saw the side of him that he kept hidden and buried a long time ago. Balor then revealed that it was coming back at WrestleMania to deal with Dom teasing the return of Demon Balor. This led to Balor’s eyes staring to darken as the “Demon” began to appear.
