AEW Vacates TNT Title Due To Kyle Fletcher Injury & New Champion To Be Crowned at Dynasty 2026

As noted before, AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher has been out of action for AEW since the March 28th AEW Collision tapings due to a knee-related injury.

AEW CEO Tony Khan provided an update earlier today on Twitter announcing that Fletcher had vacated the TNT Championship due to his injury situation.

Khan also announced that a new champion will be crowned in a Casino Gauntlet match at AEW’s upcoming Dynasty 2026 event on April 12th at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada.

Khan also announced that Tommaso Ciampa and Mascara Dorada will compete on tonight’s AEW Dynamite show to determine the number one entrant in the Casino Gauntlet match for the vacant title.
