Megan Bayne vs. Syuri for IWGP Women’s Title Announced for Stardom All Star Grand Queendom 2026

Stardom announced the full card for their All Star Grand Queendom 2026 event, which takes place on April 26th at the Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan.

Among the new matches announced was an IWGP Women’s Championship match of Megan Bayne vs. Syuri (c).

Shane Haste Makes Surprise NOAH Return as Mystery Challenger with “WWE Experience” for GHC Heavyweight Title for 5/2 NOAH Event

As noted before, this past March’s Apex Conquest 2026 in Yokohama event for Pro Wrestling NOAH featured KENTA revealing that he will be brinring in someone to NOAH with past “WWE experience” to challenge for the GHC Heavyweight Championship.

Sunday’s NOAH Apex Conquest 2026 in Nagoya event featured Yoshiki Inamura defeating Alpha Wolf to retain his GHC Heavyweight Championship. Following the match, Inamura gave a speech to the crowd and addressed Kenta’s past comments about him bringing a mystery person with “WWE experience” to challenge for his title.

This led to former WWE talent Shane Haste coming out to the ring and revealing he was the mystery person that KENTA was teasing about. Haste issued a challenge to Inamura for his title at NOAH’s event on May 2nd, which Inamura accepted to make it official.

Shane Haste – “I am Shane Haste! I am KENTA-san’s friend. I have WWE experience, have PRO WRESTLING NOAH experience. I’ve come back to win that belt.

Yoshiki Inamura – “Shane-san, I of course know that you have WWE experience and are a legendary foreign talent in NOAH. I was your fan. So next, May 2 at Ryogoku Kokugikan. On that grand stage, I want to fight you with this belt on the line. I would love to fight you for this belt.”

Alberto El Patron Domestic Violence Arrest Update

As noted before, Alberto El Patron, real name José Alberto Rodríguez Chucuan, was arrested in Mexico this past Monday over charges of domestic violence towards his wife.

Milenio reported that El Patron was released from jail on Saturday on a conditional suspension.

It was reported that El Patron had reached a settlement deal with his wife that had the terms of El Patron had to be granted forgiveness from his wife and pay her 1,130,000 pesos in restitution as leniency and in return he would be released from jail.

As part of the terms for his conditional release, El Patron was also ordered to attend rehab therapy for aggressors and not have any contact with the victim.

It was reported that a date of October 29, 2026 was set for El Patron to be in full compliance with these conditions.
