Daria Rae Reveals Indi Hartwell’s TNA Contract Is “Coming Up” Soon on 4/30 TNA Impact! Show

Thursday’s TNA Impact! show featured TNA authority figure Daria Rae revealing that Indi Hartwell’s current contract with TNA Wrestling is set to expire soon.

During the show, Rae was seen backstage in the middle of a video conference call meeting with an unseen TNA Board member. Rae brought up her learning that TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella and Indi Hartwell have both been reinstated after their recent suspensions by her. This led to Hartwell showing up and gloating about her return and Rae responding back informing Hartwell that her contract with TNA is coming up soon.

Hartwell has been signed with TNA since April of 2025.


Lacey Evans Announces She Will Be Returning To Wrestling

Former WWE talent Lacey Evans, real name Macey Estrella-Kadlec, recently announced on Instagram that she will be making a return to wrestling in the near future.

“I will be returning to wrestling. Yes, the Sassy Southern Belle is on her way back.”

Evans stated that she did a fan signing at WrestleCon during WrestleMania 42 weekend and many fans asked when she would be returning. Evans stated that this lit a fire on her wanting to return. Evans also stated that her kids also had asked her when they would see her back on television and that led to her wanting to wrestle again in front of her kids.

Evans also stated that she will start to get back into ring shape and will be documenting her journey along the way.

Evans lasted wrestled in July of 2023 and was released from WWE in August of 2023.


Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

Thursday’s TNA Impact! show on AMC and Sportsnet 360 featured “Broken Matt Hardy” making a surprise appearance. During the singles match between Jeff Hardy and Vincent, the lights went out when Vincent was on the top rope preparing to do a move. When the lights came back on, “Broken” Matt Hardy was seen in the ring and distracted Vincent. This led to the lights going out again and when it came back on, Vincent was seen laying on the mat resulting in Jeff setting up the Swanton Bomb to Vincent for the pinfall victory.

TNA Wrestling announced four new matches for the card of next week’s TNA Impact! show on AMC and Sportsnet 360:

  • TNA Knockouts World Championship – Lei Ying Lee vs. Arianna Grace (c)
  • TNA World Tag Team Championship – KC Navarro & Nic Nemeth vs. The System (Bear Bronson & Brian Myers (c)
  • No Disqualification match – Eric Young vs. EC3
  • Leon Slater & Moose vs. The System (Cedric Alexander & Eddie Edwards)

Game Changer Wrestling recently announced that The Butcher & The Blade will be making their official debut appearance for the company at their Amerikas Most Wanted event on June 27th in Los Angeles, California.

This past April’s GCW Joey Janela’s Spring Break X event in Las Vegas, Nevada featured EFFY defeating Allie Katch in a Loser Leaves GCW match. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources stated that Katch has not signed with WWE. It was not stated if Katch leaving GCW was just an angle but Sapp reported that Katch has slowed down her bookings for the company since she returned from a broken leg injury this past November.

Former WWE NXT UK and current indies talent Nina Samuels recently announced on Twitter that she is currently pregnant and is expecting the birth of twins for her family.

This past Wednesday’s CMLL Informa show featured CMLL annoincing that Konosuke Takeshita, El Phantasmo, Konosuke Takeshita, Tiger Mask, Dick Togo, Robbie X, and Taiji Ishimori will be making an appearance for the company at their co-promoted NJPW x CMLL Fantasticamania Mexico 2026 event on June 19th at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.

USA Network recently released a press release hyping up the upcoming new season of Braun Strowman’s Everything On The Menu series on their network. It was announced that Alexa Bliss will be among the guests appearing in the upcoming new second season which premieres on June 5th.

As noted before, Dexter Lumis was released from WWE last week as part of a larger batch of talent releases and departures. Lumis recently released a new video on Instagram revealing that he recently reunited with Indi Hartwell and she gave him a new haircut. Lumis also revealed that he will officially become a free agent on July 24th when his non-compete with WWE expires.

As noted before, Zoey Stark was also released from WWE last week as part of a larger batch of talent releases and departures. Stark has been out of action since May of 2025 due to ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries but was recently medically cleared for an in-ring return. Stark provided an update on Thursday on Twitter teasing her making an in-ring return once her non-compere clause with WWE expires. Stark statedMan I miss wrestling. I guess I can wait 85 more days.
