TKO’s Ari Emanuel & Mark Shapiro Reportedly Acquire Minority Ownership Stakes in Las Vegas Raiders

Sports Business Journal reported that TKO CEO Ari Emanuel and COO and President Mark Shapiro are both acquiring minority ownership stakes in NFL team Las Vegas Raiders.

It was reported that once the deal officially closes, Emanuel will own 1.4% and Shapiro will own 0.6% of the team.

Deadline reported that both acquisition deals are personal and are not connected to TKO Group. It was reported that besides Emanuel and Shapiro, Silver Lake co-CEO Egon Durban will also be increasing his ownership stake to 22% of the team. Silver Lake is the parent company of Endeavor who is the parent company of TKO.

It was reported that the Las Vegas Raiders are currently valued at around $9.9 billion.
