As noted before, current TNA World Champion Mike Santana’s contract with TNA Wrestling is currently set to expire this summer.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Santana’s contract is set to expire sometime this July.
Johnson reported that WWE has shown interest in Santana in the past for a potential next destination for his wrestling career. Santana has made several appearances on WWE’s NXT brand as part of the current working partnership between WWE and TNA.
Santana has been signed with TNA since April of 2024 following a previous stint from March of 2017 to August of 2019.
