Callum Newman Suffered Shoulder Injury at NJPW Dominion 2026 Event

This past Sunday’s NJPW Dominion 2026 event in Osaka, Japan featured Yota Tsuji defeating Callum Newman to become the new IWGP Heavyweight Champion.

This match was notable for Newman appearing to have suffered a potential shoulder injury following an overhead suplex spot by Tsuji to Newman into the turnbuckle and Newman landing hard onto the mat.

Newman provided an update on Monday on Twitter confirming that he had suffered a shoulder injury.
