Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Tessa Blanchard was recently granted her release from TNA Wrestling.
It was reported that those spoken to stated that the common belief was that CMLL wanted Blanchard to choose between them and TNA. Blanchard reportedly picked CMLL due to the company both paid and booked her more and asked for her release from TNA.
The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported that his sources confirmed Blanchard’s release from TNA and stated that Blanchard had turned down an exclusive contract with the company.
Prior to her departure, Blanchard had been with TNA since December of 2024 following a prior stint from April of 2018 to June of 2020.
