  • 1) ROH Women’s World Television Championship – Red Velvet (c) defeated Hyena Hera via Stir It Up (pinfall)
  • A video aired featured “Blackheart” Lio Rush narrating a story about a fox and a friend in reference to AR Fox and Action Andretti ahead of his ROH World Television Championship Three-way match.
  • Premier Athletes’ Tony Nese and Smart Mark Sterling were backstage talking about how it was time for the Premier Atheles to take what they want in ROH. Nese responded calling out AR Fox for a ROH World Television title match.
  • 2) 10-Man Tag Team match – RPG Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta) & The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, & Lee Johnson) defeated Dalton Castle, The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd), & Spanish Announce Project (Angelico & Serpentico) via Springboard 450 Splash (pinfall)
  • 3) Pure Rules match – Katsuyori Shibata defeated Aaron Solo via PK (pinfall)
  • Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman ran down the card for ROH Global Wars Cincinnati that featured the announcement of three new matches. These are an 8-Man Tag Team match of The Lethal Twist & RPG Vice vs. Mistico, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, & The Outunners, a ROH World Tag Team Championship of Los Villanos vs. LFI (c), and an AEW International Championship match of Lee Johnson vs. Konosuke Takeshita (c).
  • A video aired recapping Syuri and Athena’s match for the IWGP Women’s Championship from NJPW’s The New Beginning USA 2026 event from earlier this year.
  • 4) Marina Shafir defeated Zayda Steel via Mother’s Milk (submission)
  • 5) ROH World Television Championship – AR Fox (c) defeated Tony Nese via 450 Splash (pinfall)
  • Following the match, Action Andretti ran out and attack FOX laying him out and held up the ROH World Television title. This led to Lio Rush’s music playing and came out from under the ring as Action was distracted waiting for him to come out from the stage. Andretti turned out and gave a shocked reaction falling to the ground. This led to a brief brawl that quickly ended with Andretti bailing out of the ring.
