Claudio Castagnoli Comments on Death Riders Potentially Adding New Members
107.7 The Bone held a recent interview with Claudio Castagnoli. One of the topics discussed included Castagnoli’s thoughts about the possibility of the Death Riders adding new members to the group in the future.
“I kind of still look at (Wheeler) Yuta and (Daniel) Garcia as our, the projects that we bring up and I’m extremely proud of both of them. They’re both amazing talents and they both keep me on my toes. And to answer your question, I don’t look for new talent like that or I don’t look at anybody even when Garcia joined us. We didn’t necessarily go out and scout or whatever you would do or what I mean if somebody needs to find their way to us, they’ll find their way to us.”
Castagnoli also gave his thoughts about AEW’s current positioning, creative direction with storylines, pay-per-views, and overall performance.
“AEW has been on a huge upswing and I’m confident we can hold that momentum and just make it a permanent climb.I feel AEW is just playing to our strengths, and there’s a lot of patience in what we do. There’s the things that take a while to develop. But while something develops, something else is hot or paying off.
There’s always such a variety of different styles and characters, or whatever you want in AEW, that there’s always something you can find that corresponds with whatever your preference in wrestling or in life is. And as you see there’s certain characters that might not be on TV every week, but you get so excited when they’re back and AEW wouldn’t be the same without them. I feel like that’s what makes it special.”

Eddie Kingston Comments on His Current AEW TV Abscense Being “Business Is Business. Sometimes You’re The Hammer, Sometimes You’re The Nail”
wXw (Westside Xtreme Wrestling) recently released a new documentary video based on Eddie Kingston. One of the topics discussed included Kingston’s thoughts about his current abscense from AEW television since this past February.
“I don’t know what to say, bro. Like I said to the people, business is business. Sometimes you’re on and sometimes you’re not. I tell people sometimes you’re the hammer and sometimes you’re the nail. I get in my own head and I start doubting myself a lot, but then when I go out there and I hear the people chanting my name and being into the match. I’m in there with such a young kid that I can see his fire in his eyes. I can feel it. That’s a feeling that I love seeing that from younger guys cause I know there’s still fire in my heart and my eyes. I love to see it matched.”
