AEW Collision Taping Spoilers for June 27 Episode from Rio Rancho, NM – One New Match Added to AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026

AEW held a new television tapings for AEW Collision on Wednesday at the Rio Rancho Events Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

This taping will be for this week’s Collision show on Saturday, June 27th.

This taping was held as part of that night’s AEW Dynamite tapings at the same venue.

In regards to notable moments from the tapings, one new match was announced for the card of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026. This new match announced was a Vacant TBS Championship Survival of the Fittest Qualifier match of Skye Blue vs. Maika. It was also announced that this match will be taking place at Forbidden Door’s Buy-In pre-show.

• Jericho defeated JD Drake
• Athena & Mercedes Mone defeated Hyan & Maya World
• Skye Blue gave a promo announcing she will face Maika from STARDOM for the sixth and final slot in the Vacant TBS Championship Survival of the Fittest Qualifier match at Forbidden Door’s Buy-In.
• Mistico & “Speedball” Mike Bailey defeated Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese)
• CMLL World Women’s Championship – Persephone (c) defeated Billie Starkz
• Jake Doyle defeated Adam Priest
• TNT Championship – “The Jet” Kevin Knight (c) defeated Dezmond Xavier
• The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, & Kyle O’Reilly) defeated The Opps (Anthony Bowens, Katsuyori Shibata & HOOK)
