Wednesday’s CMLL Informa show featured the announcement of the first six official competitors for this year’s Grand Prix 2026 match.
PAC (AEW), DOUKI (NJPW), and Austin Aires (MLW) were announced to be competing for Team World. Titan, Xelhua, and Volador Jr. were announced to be competing for Team Mexico.
This year’s match is currently expected to be a 20-Man Cibernetico match featuring two teams of 10 men each and held under elimination rules until only one person is left standing to be declared the winner.
This year’s Grand Prix match and event takes place on August 7 at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.
