As noted before, WWE had been in talks at one point with NFL legend and seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady for a potential appearance at this past April’s WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas, Nevada that ended up not happen. Brady has been involved in an online feud with Logan Paul since earlier this year that included several WWE talents getting involved over comments Brady made calling pro wrestling being “cute” and being “scripted.” Brady and Paul’s feud with each other continued at this past Friday’s Fanatics Fest NYC 2026 convention in New York City, New York following an altercation angle between the two.
During Sunday’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Final game between Spain and Argentina at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Brady and Paul were seen trading middle fingers and insults towards each other.

TMZ Sports reported that their sources stated that Brady is currently in on-going conversations with WWE for a potential appearance in the company.
While it was not confirmed that these talks includes plans for a match for Brady, it was reported that Brady could potentially be facing off against Paul in the ring at some point.
