Backstage Update on Sinner & Saint’s TNA Departure

As noted before, Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) were released from TNA Wrestling this past Thursday. Sinner & Saint’s release was later revealed to have been due to them asking and being granted their releases from TNA.

Fightful Select reported that their sources confirmed that Sinner & Saint had asked for their releases and were granted it by TNA.

Those spoken to within TNA stated that many were surprised that Sinner & Saint didn’t get more opportunities on TNA television during their time in the company.

Thunder Rosa vs. India Sioux for CMLL Mexican National Women’s Title Announced for July 31 CMLL Super Viernes Show

CMLL recently announced one new match for the card of their CMLL Super Viernes show on July 31 at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.

This new match announced was a CMLL Mexican National Women’s Championship match of Thunder Rosa vs. India Sioux (c).

This new match was setup following Rosa defeating Reyna Isis, Keyra, Garra Negra, Sanely, Skadi, Hera, and Olympia in a #1 Contender match at this past Sunday’s Domingo Familiar show at the Arena Mexico.

The Dark Side of the Ring television series announced that they have recently partnered with IndependentWrestling.TV and Enjoy the Ride records for the release of a limited edition VHS release of their upcoming “Necro Butcher vs. Samoa Joe” episode for season seven. This VHS includes both the Dark Side of the Ring episode and the infamous match in full from IWA-MS in 2005.
