Video: Highlights from Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, which main evented SummerSlam Sunday. Reigns was victorious in a match with a lot of Shield callbacks. After the match, Reigns and Rollins bumped fists before he celebrated with the title.

In-Ring: Roman Reigns, LA Knight

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns walks into the arena, and a stagehand gives him his title. Reigns walks down a hallway, into the Gorilla Position, and makes his entrance.

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns makes his entrance to a great ovation. Reigns completes a long entrance and stands in the ring as the crowd sings his name. It seems like he’s waiting for more, but the crowd isn’t that lively. Nearly eight and a half minutes into the show, Reigns finally says, “Iowa… acknowledge me!” Iowa throws the ones in the air, and an “OTC” chant picks up. Reigns says the Tribal Chief is a man of his word. He calls his shot and delivers. Before he went out to the desert, he said he’d win the Royal Rumble and save this place. That’s what he did. He went to WrestleMania and beat the old man. Reigns has owned the whole summer. Last night, he beat Seth “Freakin” Rollins. That gets boos, as Rollins is from Davenport, Iowa.

Reigns says he knows that stings a bit in these parts. Rollins is their boy. Rollins is his brother. Last night, they may have found some peace, but he can only acknowledge so much. Reigns doesn’t mind if the crowd does. The crowd cheers and starts to sing Rollins’ theme song.

LA Knight makes his way to the ring to a big ovation. The crowd chants his name as he gets in the ring and stares at Reigns. Reigns looks incredulous. Knight says, “Lemme talk to you.” Knight congratulates Reigns on his win at SummerSlam and still being the World Heavyweight Champion. Despite the fact that he and Seth Rollins said Reigns couldn’t do it by himself, they have to eat crow because he did. But Reigns is still a fraud. Reigns looks confused. Knight has been calling Reigns’ name for months, but Reigns only sicked his dogs. Knight wants what Reigns owes him. Reigns must be confused, but Knight reminds him that the last time they fought one-on-one, it wasn’t really one-on-one. Knight wants a match without any Bloodline BS. They can do it tonight, next week, Money in the Bank, or WrestleMania. The only right answer is, “YEAH!”

Reigns thinks for a moment and says this is what he’s talking about. Who the hell is Knight talking to? Reigns only sees one fraud. Reigns doesn’t talk about being a Megastar and wears a Walmart watch on his wrist. Reigns has the camera zoom in on him and says he is what a Megastar looks like. Reigns shows off his Skeleton Tourbillon watch. This is what he’s talking about. Everybody is running their mouths. Reigns sarcastically congratulates him on beating his cousins in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. What else has he done? There is no validity in anything Knight says. He hasn’t won a tournament, a Battle Royal, or a big match. This goes for everyone. You don’t get a No. 1 Contender’s spot by bitching and moaning. We’re not going to sit and complain anymore. Knight might have wasted his cousins’ time, but he won’t waste his. Reigns says, “Get in the back of the line.”

Reigns goes to walk off, but Knight stops him. Knight says Reigns’ aura is so much cooler when he’s not standing in front of him. Reigns stands and makes his scrunchy faces while saying Knight hasn’t earned it. Knight has earned it time and again, but it took 38 people to beat him. It’s fitting that Reigns and Rollins were in a group called The Shield because they used the numbers to shield them from guys like him. Knight does the NATO alphabet to say Reigns sucks. Reigns is a fraud and the biggest vomit in the business. Reigns is on another level because of the title, but he’s not on Knight’s level. Knight is lightning in a bottle. Knight is everything Reigns wishes he could be. When Reigns figures out where to buy a pair if he can’t grow one, Knight will slap him back to factory settings. Knight is the uncrowned champion of this world. YEAH! Knight walks off and says he’ll be waiting.

Pre-Show Arrivals

King of the Ring Oba Femi is shown arriving. New Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable is in the house. The Judgment Day arrive together. Roxanne Perez will battle Sol Ruca tonight.

Je’Von Evans vs. “All Ego” Ethan Page

They lock up, and Page hooks a side headlock. Evans whips him off, but Page shoulder tackles. Page does some jumping jacks before hitting the ropes. Evans hits the ropes and rolls him up for a one-count. Page kicks him in the midsection and punches him down. Evans gets out of a scoop slam and falls under a clothesline attempt. Evans sends Page into the ropes and boots him before hitting a springboard hurricanrana, followed by a dropkick. Page rolls out of the ring to recover. Evans gets the crowd going before hitting a WILD dive over the top rope.

Evans gets Page into the ring and crushes him with a diving crossbody block. Evans heads back to the top rope and avoids a strike from Page. Evans is on the apron and tries to suplex him out of the ring, but Page blocks it. Evans twists out of a suplex and rolls him up for a two-count. Evans quickly hits a dropkick for another two-count. Evans goes to the apron and punches him. Page quickly slings his head off the turnbuckles as he gets into the ring. Page then knocks him to the floor.

Picture-in-Picture Commercial Break: Page attacks Evans at ringside before getting him into the ring. Page takes him down for a two-count. Page hits a backbreaker and takes a moment before putting Evans in the corner and bouncing him off the turnbuckles. Page whips him hard into the opposite corner. Evans soon starts fighting back at Page, but Page quickly fires back with a back suplex for a two-count. Page goes to a rear chin lock.

Back from the break, Evans fights up and tries to punch out, but Page sends him into the ropes and clubs him in the back. Page continues to take it to Evans, but Evans soon starts fighting back with right hand after right hand. Evans stomps him down in the corner before the referee backs him up. Evans ducks a strike from Page before slapping him. Evans kicks him in the head and goes to the apron for a springboard clothesline. Evans takes off his shirt and hits the ropes for a springboard, but Page follows him in and sweeps his feet. Page hits a cradle back suplex for a near fall.

Page pulls Evans up and sets up for an Ego-plex, but Evans rolls him up for a two-count. Page grabs him and goes for a back suplex, but Evans shifts his weight to land on top of him. Evans quickly sends Page out of the ring. Page pulls Evans out of the ring and drives him into the commentary table. Evans quickly bounces him off the table and sends him into the ring post before dumping him into the timekeeper’s area. Evans gets the crowd going and starts running around the ring, dives over the barricade, and hits a clothesline. Page looks like he has some sort of cyst in his hairline. Evans gets Page in the ring and hits the Red Dot for a near fall. Evans leaps to the top rope, but Page pulls him down and rolls him up with his feet on the ropes. 1… 2… the referee catches Page with his feet on the ropes. Evans kicks Page and hits the ropes, but Page hits a Confidence Breaker for a near fall. Page pulls him up for a powerslam to pick up another near fall.

Page is irate that he cannot put Evans away. Page sends Evans out of the ring and starts pulling the top turnbuckle pad off. The referee catches him trying that. Evans leapfrogs Page and the referee, bounces up to the top rope, and hits Page with an OG Cutter for the win!

Winner: Je’Von Evans via Pinfall.

Je’Von Evans celebrates. Big Cass gets in the ring and crushes him with a big boot. The crowd boos. Cass hits Evans with a clothesline and takes his shirt off before staring down at him. Cass drags Evans around by his hair and stares into his eyes before sending him into the ropes for a delayed East River Crossing. Big Cass walks off.

Backstage: The Bloodline, LA Knight

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is backstage with The Usos and Jacob Fatu. Reigns is not happy that they lost. They should automatically have the advantage in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. Where is Solo Sikoa? He should be at Reigns’ hip, getting him coffee. LA Knight already disrespected him. As for Royce Keys… why does he keep hearing that Jacob Fatu is his friend? Reigns says Fatu is his family. Keys isn’t. Reigns tells Fatu not to let the circus folks confuse him. The Bloodline is all they have. Trust no one. Jimmy Uso says he can say the word and they’ll get LA Knight. Reigns says they had their chance. Reigns tells them not to touch him. Reigns walks off.

LA Knight comes over to The Bloodline and mocks them, saying he just heard Reigns tell them to leave him alone. Jey Uso gets in his face, but Knight laughs and says he doesn’t want daddy to come back and put him over his knee. Knight walks off.

Jacob Fatu is sitting in the locker room when Royce Keys walks in. Keys says they’ve fought and partnered all over. They’re family. Fatu gets up and says Keys isn’t his brother or his family. He’s just one of the boys. Enough of this back and forth. Fatu challenges Keys to a Street Fight and walks off.

In-Ring: Liv Morgan, Judgement Day

Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez head to the ring.

Morgan says they’re in the presence of the greatest Women’s World Champion of ALLLLLLL TIME! This past Saturday at SummerSlam, she defeated one of the best in the world, “The Genius of the Sky” IYO SKY. Are they mad? They can stay mad, but she will give Sky some credit for being the only woman in the division to challenge her. Now that she’s done with Sky, she doesn’t see any challengers. That means she’ll be the longest-reigning Women’s World Champion of ALLLLLL TIME!

Morgan wants to take a moment to talk about another member of the Judgment Day. Her best friend and sister, the new Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Raquel Rodriguez. Rodriguez holds the title up to boos. Morgan says they couldn’t have done it without their Roxanne. In just a few minutes, The Prodigy will embarrass Sol Ruca and prove why the Judgment Day runs Monday Night Raw.

Sol Ruca heads to the ring.

Roxanne Perez vs. Sol Ruca

We join this match in progress. Ruca is wrenching Perez’s arm, so Perez gets to the ropes to get her away. The Judgment Day checks on Perez. Ruca soon follows her out of the ring, but Perez punches her down. Ruca catches her trying to get into the ring, but Perez kicks her away. Perez hits the ropes, ducks a pair of clotheslines, and hits a head-scissor, but Ruca blocks it and goes for a powerslam. Perez slides off and rolls her up for a near fall. Ruca counters into a roll-up for a two-count. Perez cartwheels away from Ruca and slaps her before slamming her face on the mat. Perez taunts the crowd. Perez stomps Ruca and talks trash to her. Ruca soon blocks a kick and takes her down before punching away at her. Ruca whips Perez into the corner three times before hitting a facebuster. Ruca slaps her in the face and hits a dropkick for a two-count.

Ruca applies a Mexican surfboard stretch before releasing her. Ruca flips over her and hits a superkick. Perez rolls out of the ring to recover. Ruca hits a springboard moonsault block to the floor. Ruca takes a moment before getting her into the ring. Ruca heads to the top rope, but Perez makes her lose her balance.

Back from the break, both women are down. They soon get up and exchange strikes. Ruca soon hits a pair of back elbows before sending her to the corner. Ruca elbows and punches her down before hitting a release German Suplex. Ruca kips up and hits a running knee for a near fall. Ruca lifts Perez, but Perez rolls her up for a two-count. Ruca then rolls her up for a two-count. Ruca goes for an X-Factor, but Perez avoids it. Perez goes for Pop Rox, but Ruca fights out and hits the X-Factor.

Raquel Rodriguez gets on the apron, but Ruca knocks her to the floor. Ruca goes to the ropes, but Liv Morgan knocks her down.

Winner: Sol Ruca via Disqualification.

Rodriguez gets in the ring and hits a clothesline. Perez hits Ruca with Pop Rox. Rodriguez then crushes her with a Tejana Bomb.

“The Man” Becky Lynch heads to the ring for the first time in two months. The Judgment Day looks confused as Lynch slowly saunters to the ring. Lynch grabs a microphone and says, “The Man has come around to Des Moines.” Lynch says she’s not coming for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. She already made that title famous. She’s here for Morgan to make sure it’s not another 100 days until she defends the title again. Lynch has watched her prance around since WrestleMania like she’s done something, but all Morgan is is a glorified valet. Morgan has had the worst title reign of alllll time. It’s not just Lynch saying it. Everybody is saying it.

Unfortunately for Morgan, things will get worse. Morgan says she’s not surprised. Lynch should be at home being a mommy to her daughter. Instead, she’s in Morgan’s face, which is pathetic. Lynch is jealous of Morgan. Lynch laughs. Morgan says Lynch’s time is over, and Morgan’s is now. Lynch is jealous because she’s the greatest Women’s World Champion of ALLLLL TIME. Morgan and the Judgment Day walk off.

Lynch laughs and says Morgan isn’t even the greatest Women’s Champion in her group. She’s not even the greatest Women’s Champion who has slept with Dominik Mysterio.

Stephanie Vaquer’s music hits, and she comes out and attacks The Judgment Day. Morgan backs away from La Primera and tries to get into the ring, but Vaquer grabs her. Morgan kicks her away, but Vaquer catches her and punches away at her. Lynch looks on. Vaquer fights Perez and Rodriguez away before hitting Morgan with a spinebuster. Vaquer turns and stares at Lynch. Lynch gets in her face. Vaquer warns her to stay out of her way. Lynch asks, “Or what?”

Backstage: Paul Heyman, Oba Femi

Paul Heyman is shown watching the Brock Lesnar highlight reel. “The Ruler” Oba Femi walks up to him. Femi says he never got to thank Lesnar for all the things he’s said about him. When Heyman sees him, Femi would like him to relay the thanks. Heyman says it would be a pleasure. Heyman extends his hand and congratulates Femi. Femi shakes his hand and walks off.

In-Ring: Oba Femi

The 2026 King of the Ring, “The Ruler” Oba Femi, makes his way to the ring to a nice ovation. Femi says words cannot describe what happened at SummerSlam Night One. He and Brock Lesnar went to war inside Hell in a Cell, but they found a newfound respect for one another. It must have been his ignorance. Femi thought Lesnar knew he was the one when he put him out at WrestleMania. That’s why when Lesnar made his life a living hell, he thought it was something born out of evil. With wisdom and hindsight, it was a test. Lesnar needed to come back and find out if he chose correctly. The question at WrestleMania was if Femi could swim. That was answered quickly. At SummerSlam, it went from if he could swim to how long he could hold his breath. Femi did that. Inside Hell in a Cell, he went blow for blow with Lesnar. Lesnar took him to the deepest depths of the ocean, but he found the surface and beat him. The Beast can finally rest.

Femi’s destiny seems clear. When the path is clear, men can miss it. There is no correct path. With the torch passed to him, Femi will forge his own way and lead a new generation and crop of talent. With that, the old guard will fall. If any man has a problem, they will answer to him. Femi poses in the ring.

As Oba Femi heads to the back, The Vision comes out. Femi stares down Bron Breakker. Breakker stares back before getting in his face. Breakker battles Joe Hendry next.

Bron Breakker vs. Joe Hendry

Bron Breakker is still starting at the stage, thinking about Oba Femi. Joe Hendry is not happy that Breakker isn’t paying attention to him. Breakker then runs over Hendry with a clothesline. Hendry rolls out of the ring, and Breakker goes back to staring at the stage. Austin Theory gets in Hendry’s face, so Hendry bounces him off the steps and takes him down on the floor. Breakker charges for a Spear, but Hendry leapfrogs him. Breakker hits the ring steps. Hendry puts Breakker in the ring and sends Theory over the commentary table. Hendry gets in the ring, and Breakker hits a Spear for the win.

Winner: Bron Breakker via Pinfall.

Bron Breakker tosses Hendry aside and storms to the back. Theory gets in the ring and punches away at Hendry. Akira Tozawa runs in for the save and punches Theory. Theory knocks him back, but Tozawa comes back with a flying hurricanrana, knocking him out of the ring. Dupri holds Theory back and says it’s not worth it. Tozawa poses in the ring.

Backstage: Big Cass

Jackie Redmond is backstage with Big Cass. She welcomes him back to Monday Night Raw. They knew he was coming back, but no one expected that. Why Je’Von. Cass takes the microphone. For eight years, he was left for dead in the dirt. It took him eight years to get here from rock bottom. It’s nothing personal against Evans. He was just in the way. Cass is here to stack bodies. Evans was just the first, but he surely won’t be the last.

Video: Chad Gable defeated Penta to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam Sunday.

In-Ring: Chad Gable, Penta, Judgement Day

WWE Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable makes his way to the ring. His music stops, and they wait for the crowd to chant. The crowd does chant, “You deserve it.” Gable says he loves the energy from Des Moines. Last night was the single greatest moment of his career. Since then, everyone he’s talked to has been saying he deserves it. Gable isn’t a guy who has said he deserves anything. Gable has always wanted to earn it. Gable wants to thank a few people. The first person he wants to thank is Penta, who is the epitome of a fighting champion and is on the road to being the greatest luchador in the history of the business.

Gable also wants to thank the fans. Gable thanks them for sticking with him for ten years. They stuck with him every time he came so close, when he was Shorty G, and believed in him when he promised he’d become a singles champion in this company. Gable tells his kids they need to bust their asses when they make a promise. Gable crawled through a river of crap and came out clean, delivering on his promise. Gable is proud to be our Intercontinental Champion.

Penta makes his way to the ring to a nice ovation. Penta is here to give Gable his flowers. Gable has done what it takes to change and has Penta’s respect. Penta says Gable is a true luchador. Gable is one of the best wrestlers in the world. Penta raises Gable’s arms.

AAA Mega Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh head to the stage. McDonagh says he’s heard enough of this sappy crap. Mysterio asks what this garbage he hears about Gable being a real luchador is. Mysterio says he is the AAA Mega Champion and the greatest Mysterio of ALLLL TIME! McDonagh wonders why Des Moines would cheer Penta and Gable. Gable’s best match has come and gone. It wasn’t last night. It was when a better wrestler beat him, took his mask, and took his right to be called a luchador. Mysterio says Gable is just keeping his title warm. The Judgment Day is coming for all the titles. Mysterio says they could beat them any time.

Gable says right here and now sounds pretty great. Mysterio says he accepts. Penta calls for a referee because they have zero fear.

Chad Gable & Penta vs. Judgement Day (JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio)

We join the match in progress. Chad Gable takes Mysterio down with a pair of waistlock takeovers before hitting a butterfly suplex for a two-count. Penta tags in and takes it to Mysterio. Mysterio takes Penta down and tags in JD McDonagh. McDonagh stomps Penta down and chokes him with his boot. Penta soon fights back and avoids a double-team from Mysterio and McDonagh before tagging Gable in.

Gable hits a diving double clothesline. Penta and Gable (sort of) hit stereo superkicks. Penta hits a tope con hilo on The Judgment Day. Gable hits Mysterio with an Angle Slam for a two-count. Mysterio rolls out of the ring. McDonagh tags in and headbutts Gable at ringside before hitting a Saito Suplex on the floor.

Back from the break, McDonagh takes Gable down and hits a standing moonsault for a two-count. McDonagh puts Gable on the top rope, but Gable punches him off and hits a diving headbutt.

Penta tags in, as does Mysterio. Penta takes it to Mysterio and hits a Penta Driver. 1… 2… McDonagh breaks it up. Penta soon folds Mysterio in the corner and superkicks him. Gable tags in and goes for a moonsault, but Mysterio gets his boot up. Gable picks it and applies an Ankle Lock. Mysterio tries to desperately roll away, but he can’t. McDonagh headbutts Gable in the back of the neck. Penta attacks and sends McDonagh out of the ring before hitting a Mexican Destroyer on the floor!

Mysterio grabs the ring bell hammer and puts it in his boot. Mysterio goes for a 619 with his loaded boot, but Gable blocks it and takes the hammer away. Mysterio snaps Gable off the top rope. Penta hits Mysterio in the face with the title belt. Gable hits Chaos Theory for the win.

Winner: Chad Gable & Penta via Pinfall.

Video: CM Punk defeated Cody Rhodes to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship when Randy Orton interfered at SummerSlam Saturday.

Backstage: Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker comes up to Paul Heyman and asks if he saw what he did. Heyman says he did. Breakker says Oba Femi got in his way and asks where he is. Heyman asks how he would know where Femi is. Breakker says he thought Femi was Heyman’s new best friend. Heyman scoffs as Breakker walks off. In the background, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce was talking with Lyra Valkyria.

Video: Nick Aldis, Gunther

Video: “The Ring General” Gunther defeated Nick Aldis by submission at SummerSlam Saturday. At SummerSlam Sunday, Kevin Owens returned after 16 months away and became the No. 1 Contender to the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Street Fight Match
Jacob Fatu vs. Royce Keys

They start brawling, and Royce Keys powers him to the corner before hitting some shoulder thrusts. Jacob Fatu elbows him back and bounces him off the top turnbuckle. Fatu punches him in the face before putting him back in the corner and punching him. Fatu sends him to the opposite corner and charges, but Keys sidesteps him. Keys runs him over with a clothesline. Keys punches him against the ropes and charges, but Fatu clotheslines him down. Fatu then clotheslines him over the top rope. Fatu hits him with a suicide dive. Fatu keeps punching. Keys reverses a whip into the steel steps. Keys goes under the ring for a table, but Fatu attacks him from behind and puts the table back. The crowd boos.

Fatu bounces Keys off the commentary table. Fatu drives him into the ring post and shouts that he has no choice. He has to do this. Fatu headbutts Keys and backs up. Fatu charges, but Keys avalanches him down on the floor. Keys shouts that Fatu was supposed to be his brother. Keys lifts Fatu and hits a running powerslam through the barricade!

Raw coverage continues, brought to you by DiGiorno. Keys goes under the ring and grabs a Slim Jim table, sliding it into the ring. Keys grabs Fatu, but Fatu drives him into the ring post and uppercuts him. Fatu then sends Keys over the commentary table. Fatu throws five steel chairs into the ring before going for Keys. Fatu punches him and rakes his eyes. Fatu throws two more chairs into the ring. Keys then dives off the commentary table with a clothesline on Fatu. The back of Keys’ leg hits the edge of the steel steps. Keys punches Fatu and drives him into the steel steps.

Keys is fired up and goes under the ring, throwing in five more chairs. The crowd is starting to respond. Keys puts Fatu in the ring, but Fatu quickly punches him off the apron. Fatu picks up a chair and grabs Keys, but Keys stuns him with some kendo stick shots. Keys viciously beats Fatu with the kendo stick before leaning a table in the corner. Fatu grabs the kendo stick and lays in some stiff shots to Keys. Fatu then digs the kendo stick into Keys’ mouth. Fatu sets up two chairs end to end and curses at him, saying Keys should have stayed out of The Bloodline’s business. Keys reverses the suplex through the chairs and picks up a near fall.

Fatu soon fights back with an Impaler DDT on the chairs for a near fall. Fatu throws some chairs onto Keys and drives one into his chest. Fatu climbs to the top rope, but Keys throws a chair at his skull. Keys climbs to the second rope and hits an avalanche powerslam onto the chairs! 1… 2… Fatu kicks out. Keys tosses many of the chairs out of the ring. Keys grabs Fatu, but Fatu superkicks him. Fatu charges, but Keys hits a big spinebuster. Keys pulls the straps down and runs, but Fatu hits a Pop-up Samoan Drop through the table leaning in the corner. Fatu hits a Mighty Moonsault before leaping onto Keys and applying a Tongan Death Grip! Fatu cinches it in, and the referee calls for the bell.

Winner: Jacob Fatu via Referee Stoppage.

Jacob Fatu refuses to release the Tongan Death Grip. WWE officials run down and try to pull him off. Fatu releases, but he goes back and puts it back on Keys. Keys is bleeding from the mouth. Fatu says it’s about family. Fatu releases and crushes Keys with a pair of running hip attacks.

Fatu grabs a steel chair and puts it around Keys’ head. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce and other WWE producers run in to plead with Fatu. Fatu acts like he’s leaving, but he comes back and hits Keys with a running hip attack as the chair is wrapped around his head. Fatu gyrates in the ring.

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns heads to the stage. Reigns nods to Fatu, and they put the ones in the air as the show comes to an end.

Backstage: Roman Reigns, Rey Mysterio

Reigns comes into the Gorilla Position and greets Rey Mysterio. Mysterio says he’s the General Manager of AAA and wants to run something by him. They walk off as the show comes to an end.
