As noted before, AEW will be holding a special themed “Rebel Heart” episode of AEW Dynamite on September 9 in Athens, Georgia in honor of Rebel, real name Tanea Brooks, and her battle with terminal ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
QT Marshall’s 1 Fall Wrestling (1FW) announced earlier today on Twitter that they will be part of AEW’s upcoming “Rebel Heart” tapings this September in Athens, Georgia.
It was announced that they will be holding a special taping of yheir 1FW TV show both before and after AEW’s Dynamite show that same night at the Akins Ford Arena.

AEW provides 1FW with a special opportunity to join the fight against ALS during Rebel Heart in Athens
McDonough, Ga. – August 11, 2026 – One Fall Wrestling (1FW) announced today that it will present a special taping of 1FW TV on September 9 at Akins Ford Arena in Athens, Georgia, in conjunction with AEW’s Rebel Heart Dynamite.
The special television taping will take place both before and after AEW Dynamite, giving 1FW fans the opportunity to see their favorite stars compete on the biggest stage in 1FW history, while giving AEW fans the chance to see familiar faces and discover the champions and rising stars who have helped make 1FW Georgia’s number 1 promotion.
The event carries a purpose beyond the ring. AEW’s Rebel Heart event is being held in support of I AM ALS, honoring AEW wrestler “Rebel” Tanea Brooks and her courageous battle with ALS.
1FW officially began its fundraising efforts at its August 7 live event and will continue collecting donations at its regular live events through September 4. Fans who donate will be entered into one of three drawings each night for the opportunity to win tickets to AEW’s Rebel Heart Dynamite on September 9 in Athens. All donations collected by 1FW will be matched by 1FW through the support of the company’s ownership and other generous anonymous donors.
