AEW All In 2026 Media Scrum: All In Approaching $6 Million Live Gate, Expected To Be “Biggest PPV on HBO MAX”, Four Hour Show Runtime Plans, Thekla AEW Abscense Update, Willow Nightingale Hand Injury Confirmed But Still Expected To Wrestle at All In, Kenny Omega, MyAEW, Britt Baker Status, & More

AEW CEO Tony Khan held a media scrum today to promote this Sunday’s AEW All In 2026 event at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

Some of the notable highlights included:

  • On the topic of this year’s All In ticket sales and live gate, Khan stated “The top three shows in AEW’s history have all come from Wembley Stadium. Also, we set the record at The O2. So, certainly four out of the top five or six gates in AEW’s history have all been in London and by far top three shows in attendance and in gate will all be in London. We’re approaching already a six million dollar gate, and then some, for this show. So, it’s one of the biggest success stories in professional wrestling history, and it’s gonna be an amazing event…
  • On the topic of AEW planning to hold a potential longer tour of the United Kingdom in the future, Khan stated that he has thought about more opportunities for AEW to visit more cities.
  • On the topic of AEW pay-per-view events on HBO MAX, Khan stated that this year’s All In event is currently expected to be the biggest ever AEW PPV event on HBO MAX. Khan stated “Also, this is the first time I’ve mentioned this, it will be by far our best pay-per-view on HBO Max. With our partnership with Warner Brothers Discovery and all of the exciting things happening right now in the worlds of sports media and the business landscape, I think that’s a huge feather in AEW’s cap to hit the all time pay-per-view right now for AEW All In London in a year where we’ve already had several of our pay-per-views hit that height. The business outlook for the show is tremendous.
  • On the topic of the runtime for this year’s All In main card show, Khan stated “It’s going to be a show that will run at most on pay-per-view for four hours, and I have the show (laid) out right now — of course things can always happen. It’s live television but, the way it’s paced right now, I think fans are really gonna like it… It will go live on pay-per-view at 1 PM EST, 10 PM PST. I expect the show to be over by 5 PM EST, by 2 PM PST.
  • On the topic of the AEW World Trios Championship Championship match at the event, Khan announced that The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly (Hangman Adam Page, Bandido, & Brody King) will be defending the titles in a Seven-Way Trios Roulette Royale match with one of the teams being a mystery “wild card” to be revealed later.
  • On the topic of former AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla’s current abscense from AEW and her not being advertised for All In, Khan stated ““First of all, I did speak about the length of the card. I think Thekla is a tremendous, tremendous wrestler, and I think it’s certainly a great opportunity for everybody in AEW anytime they can participate in AEW All In and I still think we could see Thekla appear very soon in AEW, obviously after she lost the championship to Willow Nightingale. We saw Thekla have this incredible match and we haven’t seen her since. I think stay tuned to AEW because you’d expect to see Thekla back very soon… Thekla’s a great wrestler — is somebody who’s at the forefront in my mind and I’m also very cognizant that she’s been a great champion for us, and she’s somebody who can come in and be a huge part of our shows, any time, on pay-per-view or TV, and Thekla’s very unpredictable as well. So, I would say stay tuned and certainly Thekla’s a very valued person in AEW…
  • On the topic of the reports of AEW Women’s World Champion Willow Nightingale dealing with a hand injury, Khan stated “That’s true. Willow’s hand is injured. It was a late change. Sometimes, when you’re going into wrestling tapings and shows, you have ideas and an outline. You come in and you have something happen like that, with Willow’s hand being broken on the day you’re filming Dynamite and Collision, that’s a major change. The team did a great job in the situations yesterday. I had plans for Willow yesterday that I had to change based on the injury. It is the case that Willow is injured and will be wrestling with the injury. Expect to see Willow Nightingale at AEW All In. Yes, she has a hand injury but she really wants to wrestle Mercedes and she really wants to wrestle at All In and defend that world championship. I know Willow Nightingale is a fighter, she’s proved by holding multiple championships in AEW that she’s a fighting champion.
  • On the topic of the Will Ospreay vs. Kenny Omega match for the AEW World Championship, Khan stated “Last year, Kenny Omega undertook a very ambitious comeback, and he returned at the Tokyo Dome, came back to America and we inserted Kenny full blast. He won the AEW International Championship and he was going so hard and he was doing so well for us, and I think that myself and all of us put a lot on Kenny and last year, maybe at first, it was even too much and too fast, and coming out of All In last year, Kenny was really beat up and we needed to give him time to recover. The first six months of the year, he did such a fantastic job for us as the International Champion, and it took a lot out of him and I think he looked back at that and decided, I’m going to have a bigger 2026. I’m gonna accomplish even more in 2026… He’s been taking incredibly detailed care of his body and he managed his recovery this year to get from match to match, and it’s helped him wrestle at his highest level, and be the very best Kenny Omega and he’s been very smart about the training. It’s very much by design that there have been times when Kenny has been represented in videos and packages and I think the AEW team has done a tremendous job putting some of the best video packages we’ve ever done regarding Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay at AEW All In London… Kenny’s been training, getting in his very best condition. Taking the very best care of his body and it’s been working for him, you have to say… I’m going out of my way to absolutely accommodate (Kenny) because I believe it is what helps Kenny get to his very best and now having been through this experience with him and knowing that last year, I probably pushed Kenny harder… Now looking at things and seeing that this year, he’s come in at a brilliant pace and he is in the very best condition. He knows exactly when to push it himself and working with him to find the perfect schedule to make sure that Kenny is in the very best conditions so that when he walks out to that ring as the AEW World Champion, the fans will get the very best of Kenny Omega, the very top of the profession, the main event man, The Best Bout Machine…
  • On the topic of a lack of a Women’s Casino Gauntlet match for this year’s event, Khan stated that he is still working through the card and how there was still an opportunity to include more women on the card. Khan also stated that they had a Women’s Casino Gauntlet match last month.
  • On the topic of MyAEW being the home for AEW and Ring of Honor’s library, Khan stated that the Warner Bros Discovery media partnership has been the “lifeblood” of the company and any decision regarding MyAEW would need WBD’s blessing. Khan also stated that viewership for Dynamite and Collision is up year over year and acknowledged that streaming viewership isn’t transparent but AEW is one of the top programs on HBO MAX, including PPVs.
  • On the topic of Britt Baker’s current abscense from AEW and her making a potential return at All In, Khan stated “Well, there’s certainly a very intriguing lineup of wrestlers waiting at the door to appear on the show. I’ve announced the eight match main card and I think they’re going to be great opportunity throughout the evening and throughout the buy-in to put more on the show. Britt Baker is somebody who is an AEW original and has competed at All In London previously. I know fans are always excited about Britt and asking about Britt. The last time we were in Wembley Stadium, Britt was on the show. I would say as with all the questions about people returning or debuting, anytime we’re getting asked about somebody coming back to AEW TV or debuting, I’ve always said stay tuned. In this case, I would say that makes sense as well.
  • On the topic of the Continental Challenge Cup tournament, Khan stated that he wanted a Cup Final at Wembley and praised the C3 matches so far. Khan also stated that he is looking forward to Jon Moxley versus Nigel McGuinness in the final. Khan also stated that he would need to reflect to decide if the C3 would be an annual thing.
