AEW All In 2026 Post-Show Media Scrum: Mercedes Mone Confirms Broken Nose Injury, Austin Creed on Leaving WWE, Darby Allin on Why TNT Title Win Means More To Him Than AEW World Title Win, Jamie Hayter on Britt Baker’s Return, Will Ospreay on His AEW World Title Win, Tony Khan on Talks with The New Level, All In Attendance

AEW held a media scrum following Sunday’s AEW All In 2026 event at the Wembley Stadium in London, England.

Some of the notable highlights included:

• During her portion of the media scrum, new AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Mone confirmed she had suffered a broken nose injury during her match against Willow Nightingale. Mone stated “I haven’t even had time to process winning this. I was so focused on taking Willow’s smile and ending her career. I finally get to look at [the title] because straight after the match I had to go to the doctor to get stitches for my nose that she broke.”
• In response to a question about when she suffered the broken nose injury, Mone stated “Right at the fucking beginning. Me and Willow have had it out for each other since the day that we met. Today, all of our emotions, frustrations, and history was right there in the ring. We gave it are all to each other. She legit beat my ass all over the ring, but I beat her harder.”
• On the topic of her AEW Women’s World title victory and winning the title for the first time in her AEW career, Mone stated “This something that I’ve wanted for so long. To be able to really say I am the CEO of the AEW Women’s Division, I’m honored. I am beyond honored because this women’s division is the best in the world. Every woman that I’ve ever stepped in the ring with here has given me their fucking all. But I am so happy, so honored to be here and so grateful that I get to do what I love every single week. Man, Wembley tonight was everything. There’s a lot of emotions going on right now.“
• On the topic of what she wants her legacy to be, Mone stated she wants to be here to change the game for women’s wrestling and wants people to care as they work just as hard as the men, maybe harder.
• On the topic of when she realized she wanted to be in AEW, Mone stated that she knew when she was in the crowd at All In 2023 that she wanted to be in AEW the following year.
• During their portion of the media scrum, new AEW World Trios Champions Swerve Strickland & The New Level (Kofi & Austin Creed) gave their thoughts about Kofi and Creed making their official AEW debuts at the event. Kofi stated “It feels amazing. It is completely surreal, and I’ve been saying this all day, it feels like a dream. This crazy dream where all these people that I’ve seen from a different world from afar, and now I get to see them up close. We’re shaking hands. It’s all smiles. I see people from our past lives. Seeing Renee up here. This is crazy. With Swerve… There’s a picture going around online right now. The last time we were seen on screen together was in 2021. Now, here we are five years later. Who would have thought that this would be possible like this man? It’s crazy. The feeling is surreal to say the least.” Creed responded stating “To echo Kofi’s sentiments, exactly. They’re a completely different universe. There’s different ways of existing, and everybody is just so welcoming. It’s the same thing as going to a new school. You’re the kid like, ‘Oh, I don’t know if I’m gonna make friends.’ We walk in and everybody’s with open arms and so happy we’re here. It feels like we did something right for our careers. We just tried our best to be good to everybody, try to be nice and helpful. To see that come back in this moment, it feels amazing.”
• On the topic of their AEW World Trios Championship victory and importance of tag team wrestling to them, Kofi stated “That is a big part of the reason why we wanted to come here. We’ve been watching from afar, and I told Tony [Khan] this when we were talking on our video chat. This tag team division is one of, if not the greatest of all time in the history of the business. I mean that. We consider ourselves to be the best, so we want to mix it up with all the tag teams. For us to be in there and to have y’all recognize that, it feels like we made the right decision.”
• On the topic of their departures from WWE, Creed stated “I always think about personalities in relationships. Different people have different personalities. Sometimes, personalities can grow. Sometimes they grow together and sometimes they grow apart. There is no bad, no good. You are excited about the opportunities you had, things you learned, but that relationship was no longer one that we felt we needed to be in. To be able to look across the pond and see what was happening here, especially with tag team wrestling. Yes, we’re pro wrestlers, but since I was a child, I wanted to be part of a tag team. To be able to come to a place that admires that and wants to cultivate that with legendary tag teams and young tag teams to where when the legendary ones are gone, the young ones are keeping the legacy going. That’s what is important to us. To be able to come here and do that is why we’re here.” Kofi responded stating “I can’t sum it up any better than that. I’m not one to really live in the past. I’m really all about looking towards the future. We just want to be part of the greatest tag team division in the history of wrestling. Being able to mix it up with these guys is what it’s all about. That’s why we’re here.“
• On the topic of their new The New Level team name and using A$AP Ferg’s “New Level” song for their entrance theme song, Creed stated “Honestly, it works in every type of situation. We ourselves are on a new level, as AEW. We are bringing a new level of competition to the sport of professional wrestling. The song, New Level, obviously is called New Level, and it just makes perfect sense… So it all fell into place. There’s no such thing as coincidence, so when we realized this, that was the direction that we had to go.”
• During his portion of the media scrum, new TNT Champion Darby Allin gave his thoughts about why winning the TNT title again and at All In means more to him than his AEW World Championship victory. Allin stated “Incredible. Incredible… When I finally found the championship and it gave me that footing — yeah, it feels incredible. I wouldn’t change a single thing. I don’t know. It sounds weird — sounds very strange — winning this meant more to me than the World Championship, and it sounds weird. It’s gonna sound so crazy. When I first won this, this is the first time I truly felt like I belonged in this company. So, it always brings me back to that insecure year one of AEW. ‘How am I gonna fit? Am I gonna even last in this?’ This gave me the confidence so I hold this so close.”
• On the topic of Sting making a surprise appearance and the moment Sting had with his son Steve Borden during his Falls Count Anywhere match for the TNT title against Kevin Knight, Allin stated “Having Sting out there, I never take it for granted. The fact that Sting and his son could have this moment at Wembley on top of the ladder, I don’t even know if I can put that into words, the fact that they could share that in front of everybody. To have Steven in the mix. Everything Sting gave me in my career, I want to give to Steven. He never wanted to be a wrestler growing up. When he was at Sting’s last match, he was like, ‘I need this.’ I told Steven, ‘You can come train with me.’ It’s a great moment. That’s family. It’s not just a character where me and Sting are a tag team. We talk every week. I’m very grateful for the opportunity.“
• On the topic of if he would team with Steven Borden in the future, Allin stated “100%. Whenever it is time, 100%. That is how this story gets full circle. Just like I teamed with Sting. At some point, if it lines up, me and Steven, absolutely.”
• Allin also gave his thoughts about wanting to hold the return of the Open Challenge series for his TNT Championship reign. AEW CEO Tony Khan responded stating that if Allin is medically cleared, it could start as soon as this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show.
• During their portion of the media scrum, new AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor & Jamie Hayter) gave their thoughts about Britt Baker’s surprise return at All In. Hayter also gave her thoughts about the potential of her working together again on-screen with Baker in the future. Hayter stated “Of course. It’s been such a long time since me and Britt interacted, been in the same room or ring together. I just don’t know what would happen. Are we going to be cool? Are we going to fight? What is it going to be? The point really is, today was a great moment for her to come back, get back in the mix. Much like me, coming back at Wembley, there really isn’t a better stage for it. It was a special moment. I’m very interested to see what she does with Persephone. If they’re teaming up, we have these tag belts.”
• On the topic of their AEW Women’s World Championship victory, Windsor stated “This is the type of thing, you can’t write it. These are the sort of moments where you look back on and you realize how worth it all is. When you have these moments, it really makes you realize that you know sometimes you don’t give up, you keep going because the payoff can be absolutely in-bloody-credible.” Hayter responded stating “Yeah, it can. There’s been many a time where I wanted to give up, especially with injuries and things. But as you say, this is just so worth it. I can’t really explain it to be honest with you. I was so anxious all day. I didn’t really know what to think or feel, but walking out, I was like, ‘This is how it’s supposed to be.’”
• During his portion of the media scrum, new AEW World Champion Will Ospreay gave his thoughts about him winning the AEW World title on British soil and becoming the first ever British-born wrestler to win the title in AEW history. Ospreay stated “Honestly, very stressful. Because I’ve put so much pressure on myself to get to this moment. Of course, the main mission when I first started wrestling was I wanted to be a World Champion. But you could never dream this scenario or this situation. I’ve grown up watching so many amazing British wrestlers throughout my time and not one of them ever won like a major championship on home soil. I think about all the times I would do gigs like Southside and Progress and RevPro, so many indies up and down the country. I always thought, this generally makes me happy, being in the ring getting to perform. I never really did it for money. I just did it because I love doing it. I never imagined when I started doing this that I would even be considered to be the guy that brings a World Championship home to his home country. I’ve been so lucky to fly the flag in Korakuen Hall, in Tokyo Dome, in Madison Square Garden. I’ve always called myself a British wrestler. I am British in my opinion. It’s just truly just like a mind blind experience. I got to share the ring with the greatest wrestler of our generation in the most iconic stadium in the UK. I brought home the most important prize in pro wrestling. It means a world.”
• On the topic of his match against Kenny Omega, Ospreay gave his praise of Omega calling him “the greatest wrestler of our generation.“
• On the topic of his work with all-women’s promotion Pro Wrestling EVE, Ospreay stated he loves women’s wrestling and thanked AEW CEO Tony Khan to giving them access to so many wrestlers for their shows.
• On the topic of his special entrance at All In, Ospreay stated “For me, it was walking past all the people that made me. Zack Sabre Jr, the first mountain in British wrestling that I climbed. Michael Oku, my last British wrestling match. Ricochet, from Best of the Super Juniors. Swerve, Kyle and Davis, then see Al [Alex Windsor] there. Then, Moxley. It was mind-blowing. Even though there might be hard feelings towards some of them, maybe some love towards others, it was one of the coolest moments to know there was a moment of appreciation from all of them and they were ready to see me step into this position. To me, that was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. I haven’t watched it back yet, but people are saying it was pretty fucking sick.“
• On the topic of working at Revolution Pro Wrestling’s event the day before his match at All In, Ospreay stated “It means so much to me to remind people that before there was New Japan, Revolution Pro looked after me. There were so many times Andy (Andy Quildan – Owner of RevPro) could have washed his hands with me and just said, ‘I don’t care how talented you are, you’re too much baggage.’ Instead, he stuck it out with me because he believes that I’ve got a good heart. … Andy’s looked after me since day one. Andy having one of the biggest nights in Revolution Pro history; this is just me, but it would be so cool to see something like that. Imagine if it was Bryan Danielson, but then the night before, he showed up at Ring of Honor. I think that so many things like that…. It’s never happened before. I would love to just leave a lasting impression. Just because I am performing in the main event of Wembley Stadium on the biggest night of my life, I should not forget about the people that were there at the very start when I had no money, when I couldn’t afford a gym membership. It was super important for me to be there for Andy.”
• On the topic of having Callum Newman at his corner for his match at All In, Ospreay stated “People need to understand me and Callum are always going to have fallouts. We’re brothers. We share different philosophies of what wrestling is. I don’t like what he’s done with the United Empire. I hate the idea of outside interference. The moment we set up the United Empire, I told the boys, ‘I don’t need you to get involved in my matches. I can do this by myself. If I can’t do it by myself, I shouldn’t be in these positions.’ Callum, on the other hand, will try any way to get the job done. Regardless of what we’re going through, because there is talks that we still need to have, he’s my little brother. I’ve known him since he was 15 years old. I’ve looked after him. I’ve kept him in school. I was able to get him a job at New Japan. He’s super talented. I was lucky enough to be there where he won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at 23 years old. The youngest kid to ever flipping do it, man. On the most important night of my life, I know that we’ve got problems and I know that there are things that we need to talk about, but I need my little brother on that night. Thankfully, he was there for me. I think we’ll probably end up going to the bar later and just be like, ‘All right, cards on the table. Let’s have a chat.’ Let’s hope it goes well.”
• During his portion of the media scrum, AEW CEO Tony Khan stated that this year’s All In event drew around 50,000 for its attendance and around $6 million for its live gate.
• On the topic of The New Level’s arrival to AEW and his talks to bring them into the company, Khan stated “I was very careful. Of course, when I saw the New Level were going to be potential free agents, I want to play it safe for the sake of all three of us; me, them, and the company to do things the right way. After their 90 days were up, and only after the 90 days had expired, I gave it an extra day or two to be safe. I engaged with their representatives, and it was clear there was interest, but it’s also an interesting situation because AEW is where the best wrestler, and these are two wrestlers that fit what we do perfectly. It’s a great opportunity, but it wasn’t something I had planned or budgeted for. It’s not the kind of thing you can negotiate in five seconds; it takes some time. It wasn’t like it was a done deal the second they got released or were able to look elsewhere. The whole situation was a big surprise to me. Knowing that, I tried to create an environment with tag teams and trios where there would be an exciting opportunity. Knowing we had this huge pay-per-view event, I tried to build the tag team and trios teams where we had the opportunity, if such a deal were to be made, where we could do something really special. It was a great audible. This was a great call. There is no way I could’ve planned for it because never in a million years would I have ever thought Austin and Kofi would be free agents. We’ve been doing this seven years and it was unthinkable that Austin and Kofi would be free agents. When they were, I had to go in with an open mind, but we’re in business and we had to figure it out. I couldn’t just assume it was going to get done. I was very pleased that we were able to figure it out and make it happen.“
• Khan also gave his praise of Kofi and Creed’s work ethic stating “Something that got me excited about New Level, these guys are not afraid to work very hard. They told me, ‘We see Jon Moxley at Dynamite and Collision basically every week. We want to be at Dynamite and Collision basically every week. We’re going to be there practically every week.’ That’s really exciting to have people coming in like that. It’s only going to bring more fans and attention.“
• On the topic of All In 2027, Khan gave a non-answer when asked if the event would be taking place at Wembley and in the United Kingdom again. Khan stated that he can’t say exactly when next year’s All In will take place but he will “definitely” bring AEW back to Wembley Stadium. Khan also stated that he can’t wait to bring back AEW to the United Kingdom.
• On the topic of if he was frustrated over Will Ospreay’s interview with Good Morning Britain ended up not plugging AEW much while talking more about The Rock, Khan thanked ITV and stated that Jack Whitehall was the one who gave the opportunity for Ospreay’s appearance on the show. Khan stated “I was so grateful to ITV for giving us the opportunity to have Will Ospreay on Good Morning Britain, and something that made it so instrumental, and he’s been here since the first AEW show, and he does it as a friend and gets nothing out of it, is Jack Whitehall being there. I thought Jack did a fantastic job with the interview and trying to keep things focused. Jack being there with Will is how we got that interview. To have them up there together was cool, and it was awesome that Jack did that. I’m grateful ITV gave us the opportunity, and any time they’ll give us a chance to be on Good Morning Britain, we’re really grateful for it.“
• On the topic of bringing in Motor City Machine Guns to AEW, Khan stated “They’re tremendous. I really like the Motor City Machine Guns. I had met them years ago when Kenny [Omega] was traveling as the AEW World Champion  and I traveled with him. That’s when I first met them. They’re both great wrestlers. I’ve been a fan of both of them for many years. When they were both free agents, I thought that was a great opportunity and we had a show in Detroit. I thought it would be great for them to come in. Even though they really wanted to be here, come out and be a part of AEW All In: London, they couldn’t resist and I couldn’t resist the opportunity for them to say hello and make the announcement for their hometown fans in Detroit.”
• On the topic of AEW potentially holding an event in Italy in the future, Khan stated “Being able to go to different territories, different places and build off it is something we really want to do but I also want to make sure that we have a best chance to succeed there. So that is definitely a good market that we could potentially hit. Again, we have had great TV partnerships at times there so it’s something to think about.”
