Thursday’s taped TNA Impact! show on AMC and Sportsnet 360 featured former indies talent Joe Alonzo making his official Impact! in-ring debut.

Alonzo competed in a Qualifying match for the Vacant TNA X-Division Championship at Bound For Glory 2026.

KC Navarro Advances To Vacant TNA X-Division Title Match at Bound For Glory 2026

Thursday’s taped TNA Impact! show also featured one qualifying match for the vacant TNA X-Division Championship.

This match was KC Navarro defeating Joe Alonzo.

As a result of his victory, Navarro advances to the Vacant TNA X-Division Championship Six-Way match at Bound For Glory 2026, which takes place on October 11 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

Current Card for Next Week’s TNA Impact! Show

TNA announced four new matches for the card of next week’s show on September 10 on AMC and Sportsnet 360.

Among the notable new matches announced was a TNA World Championship match of Matt Hardy vs. Nic Nemeth.

This new match was setup following a backstage segement involving Matt Hardy and The Nemeths arguing over if The Nemeths were the mystery attacker of Jeff Hardy leading to security and TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella getting involved to separate the two. This led to Marella announcing Nemeth defending his title against Hardy in a No DQ match at next week’s show.
