Orange Cassidy on Dean Malenko Being His Dream Tag Team Partner, Kenny Omega Being His Pick For Greatest Pro Wrestler Of All Time, & How He Prepares For Big Matches

Catch Club held a recent interview with Orange Cassidy. One of the topics discussed included Cassidy’s thoughts about Dean Malenko being his choice for a dream tag team partner.

“I don’t, I’m not looking ever to fight somebody. Like, I don’t want to get hit. But if I had to do a dream, like, tag team partner, you’re saying? Yeah. I would like to do, like, Dean Malenko. Because he could be, he go in there and get business done and then I could just hang out. Yeah. And he knows all the moves. He knows, and he could tell me what to do. He knows, he knows like a thousand.”

Cassidy also gave his thoughts about Kenny Omega being his dream match opponent and his belief that Omega is the greatest pro wrestler of all time.

“Dream opponent, I think I’m going to have to go with Kenny Omega. I think he’s my possibly greatest pro wrestler, like maybe, in my opinion, the greatest pro wrestler of all time. We’re the same team.”

Cassidy also gave his thoughts about how he prepares for big matches in his wrestling career.

“I like to sleep a lot, maybe do a little stretching, see which pair of my denim jeans are dirty or not, throw those in my bag, maybe throw on some like Dua Lipa or something to kind of like get the blood flowing. But then I’d really just take it easy. Just kind of lay around, you know.”
