TNA Knockouts Television Championship
Kiera Hogan vs. M By Elegance (c)

M by Elegance defends her TNA Knockouts TV Championship for the first time against one half of the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions Kiera Hogan. Hogan has made a big noise in the Knockouts division, winning the Tag Championship with Allie in her first match after returning to TNA. If she keeps this up, she’ll be #1 contender for the Knockouts World Title by next Wednesday.

They locked up off the top ad traded wristlocks. M’s heaight advantage overtook Hogans strength as she worked her to the mat. M started playing to the crowd and Hogan rolled her up for a quick two count and then a hip attack. Hogan dropped a leg and M escaped tp the apron where she kicked Hogan then hit a blockbuster from the top.

M knocked Hogan to the ground with a rear view and then a double dropkick. Hogan powered back with some elbows, but M got her up on her shoulders. Hogan got out of it and threw some kicks before chopping M back to the ropes. Hogan knocked her down and launched a hip attack in the corner followed by a dropkick.

Hogan went for a Face The Music, but M countered it with a codebreaker. M went up top and hit a moonsault, but Hogan moved and countered it with a dropkick. Hogan rolled M into a cover, but M kicked out. M went for a modified piledriver and dumped Hogan on her head to pick up the three count and retain the Knockouts TV Title.

Winner: M By Elegance via Pinfall to retain the TNA Knockouts Television Championship.

Backstage: Leon Slater

Backstage, Gia Miller interviewed Leon Slater. She asked him about his match against Ryan Nemeth tonight. Slater said that he feels pretty good. He criticized Nic sending Ryan to attack him last week and said that he was going to beat him tonight.

Backstage: Mila Moore, John Skyler

Back from break Mila Moore was on the phone with Msutafa Ali. John Skylar wandered over to make sure she was ok after Tasha Steels went after her last week. Skyler tried to ask her out again, but her “phone rang” and she had to leave.

Vacant TNA X-Division Championship Qualifier Match
LJ Cleary vs. Rich Swann

The TNA X-Division Championship is currently vacant (See Leon Slater and Option C) and a new Champion will be crowned at Bound For Glory in a six-way scramble. Fabian Aichner and KC Navarro earned their slots in qualifying matches and Cedirc Alexander was added to the fray as his “automatic rematch” for the title. The fourth slot is up for grabs here as continues as Swann goes head-to-head with Cleary in his TNA debut.

Cleary and Swann traded dance moves off the top, but then Cleary went for a wristlock.Swann chased him to the corner but Cleary evaded him at every turn. Swann caught him with a dropkick and then danced about it, giving Cleary a chance to armdrag him. Once double kip-up later, they reset and shook hands.

Swann then kicked Cleary in the gut and then in the back. Then in the face. Cleary bailed from the ring and Swann followed, pulling a chair out from underneath the apron. He set it up and put Cleary in it for a kick and then a run around the ring kick before rolling in and out and breaking the count.

Cleary snuck back into the ring and then dove on Swann through the ropes. Getting back into the ring, Cleary went off the ropes in a springboard, but Swann caught him with a superkick. Cleary came back with a double stomp and then an outside dive, but Swann scrambled up the ring post and flew at him.

Putting him back in the ring, Swann hit a frog splash and went for a cover, but Cleary kicked out at two. Swann went for a twisting moonsault, but missed and Cleary kicked him in the face. They got to their feet and traded slaps until Swann upped it to a superkick. Swann hit a Poisonrana but Cleary caught him with a “Irish Goodbye” destroyer for a two count.

Swann evaded Cleary and hit him with a cutter off the ropes for a two count. He kicked him in the head and then went up top. Swann hit a fenix Splash and that was it. Swann gets the win and heads to Bound For Glory.

Winner: Rich Swann via Pinfall.

Backstage: Ricky Sosa, Elijah

Backstage, Ricky Sosa and Elijah met up for the match that’s scheduled for right after these messages from our sponsors.

Backstage: Frankie Kazarian

Back from break, Frankie Kazarian cut a promo and said that he didn’t want Moose’s career. He never thought Moose would accept the match but now that he has, Kazarian will miss seeing Moose’s “big dumb ass” around TNA. Moose pushed him hard and painted himself into a corner and Kazarian said he needs to worry about the future of TNA. Kazarian then thanked Moose for everything he’s done for TNA.

The System (Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander) vs. Elijah & Ricky Sosa

Elijah has now been caught up in the tornado of conflict between Sosa and The System. The System interrupted Elijah’s “concert” last week, Sosa helped Elijah stave off The System and issued this tag team challenge.

Elijah and Edwards started things off with Elijah knocking Edwards down to the mat with a shoulder. Sosa tagged in and scoop slammed Edwards before hitting a senton for a two count. Alexander tagged in and Sosa whiffed on a spin kick. Alexander came off the ropes into a Sosa power slam though.

Elijah came back in and hung Alexander up on the ropes for a DDT. Edwards tried to knock Elija down when he went to Walk With The Undertaker, but Sosa intercepted him and sent him to the outside for a sprawling dive onto him. Alexander and Edwards retreated and Elijah went after Alexander, bouncing his head off the steel steps before rolling him back into the ring.

Alexander trapped Elijah in the System corner for a double team, but Elijah broke free and got a tag to Sosa. They double teamed Edwards until Sosa started throwing chops in the corner. Sosa dropkicked Edwards for two while Alexander screamed at him. Edwards dragged Sosa over to Alexander who started working him over in the corner.

Sosa powered back with a big right hand then tagged in Elijah who went up top for an axe handle. Elijah then knocked Edwards off the apron and then took down Alexander with an elbow. Elijah started throwing jabs and then went for the Highwayman’s farewell. Alisha caused a distract though and the System got a double team in behind the ref’s back.

Alexander tagged in Edwards who started throwing hands at Elijah. Elijah got a foot up and managed a dropkick out of the corner. Edwards knocked him down though before pushing Sosa off the apron. Alexander came in and drove elbows into Elijah’s face. Edwards raked Elijah’s back as Sosa reached for a tag. Edwards held Elijah at bay though.

Elijah finally caught Edwards with a high knee and both men went looking for a tag. They both got there and Sosa and Alexander met in the middle of the ring with Sosa rolling up Alexander before sneaking in a cutter on Edwards. Sosa hit a twisting suplex on Alexander for two. Elijah then hit a neckbreaker on Edwards. Elijah got Alexander on his shoulder for a spinning throw and then Sosa hit him with a second rope moonsault. Sosa went for the cover, but Edwards broke it up.

Bryan Meyers and Bear Bronson appeared at ringside and Elijah dove onto them. Sosa hit a headshot on Alexander in the ring and got the 1-2-3 to secure the victory.

Winner: Elijah & Ricky Sosa via Pinfall.

After the match, Edwards attacked Sosa with a chair and then dropped him in a package piledriver for good measure. Edwards then sat on the the chair and grabbed a mic, telling Sosa that he’s been wrestling longer than Sosa has been alive and so many Sosas have crossed his path and they’ve all lost. Edwards then challenged Sosa to a one-on-one match at Bound For Glory to prove he belongs in TNA. We’ll assume Sosa accepts but he’s unconscious right now.

A vignette from the Righteous aired next, in which they said to BDE that they think he chose comfort over growth. Vincent then challenged BDE and Rich Swann to a match, allowing them to “grow the garden” and pick any stipulation.

Ryan Nemeth vs. Leon Slater

Leon Slater cashed in Option C at Lockdown to set a date with Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship at Bound For Glory. Before that though, he’s facing off against Nic’s little brother and TNA World Tag Team Champion Ryan Nemeth. Nic joined commentary for the bout.

Ryan charged Slater off the top, but Slater dodged it and sent him to the corner. He climbed up and punched Ryan exactly 10 times before nailing him with a spin kick. Slater dominated and Ryan left the ring, so Slater dove onto him and threw him back in, taking a moment to lock eyes with Nic.

Ryan kicked him through the ropes and nailed Slater with a neckbreaker for a two count. He threw Slater’s head at the mat and then drove his elbow into Slater’s chest. Ryan poked Slater in the eye to prevent a comeback before grabbing a headlock. Ryan sent Slater into the ringpost then hit him with a DDT for a two.

Slater came off the ropes with a spinning kick and caught Ryan right in the face. They traded shots and then Slater got a clothesline in. He sent Ryan to the corner for one hell of a kick and then dropped him with one to the face. Ryan slumped in the corner and Slater Splashed him before dropping him with a Utopia spin.

Slater went up top and and hit a swanton 450 to get the 1-2-3 and win the match.

Match Result: Leon Slater defeated Ryan Nemeth

After the match, Nic jumped Slater from behind and started punching and biting him. Ryan grabbed a title belt and slid it to Nic who clocked Slater with it. The Nemeths stood tall as the segment ended.

Backstage: Mila Moore, John Skyler

Backstage, John Skylar tried to ask Mila Moore on a date again, but before he got to, he heard Moore on the phone saying that Hotch asking her out must be a joke. Skylar walked away dejected.

Backstage: Moose

Back from break, Moose reflected on his TNA career and said that maybe he made a mistake putting his career on the line against Kazarian. But Kaz has never seen Moose at his best and he will always be the face of the franchise.

Zoey Serrano vs Harley Hudson

Two weeks ago, Harley Hudson & Indi Hartwell teamed up to take on Knockouts Champion Xia Brookside & Zoey Serrano. Hudson and Hartwell prevailed in that match, so now Hudson and Serrano are going one-on-one to see if Daria Rae can find a reason to fire Hudson. What gets me about this match is that the boss, Daria Rae, seemingly hates Hudson for no real reason, which I think is something we can all relate to at some point in our lives.

Apparently, Serrano hates the audience and production team members, so the head of TNA security came to the ring with her to prevent her from bothering them.

They locked up and Serrano threw Huson to the mat. She then did a few push ups. Hudson grabbed a headlock and sent Serrano to the mat with a shoulder. They traded strikes for a few minutes, with Serrano seeming to get the upper hand with some open hands. Hudson came back and whipped her into the corner for an elbow. Serrano countered it and stomped Hudson to the mat.

Serrano took Hudson down with a snapmare and held her against the mat in a headlock. She transitioned it into a modified camel clutch, but Hudson got out of it and threw some right hands. Hudson hit Serrano with a pump kick and a clothesline before sending her sprawling with a head butt and multiple hip attacks in the corner.

Hudson went for a splash but missed and Serrano suplexed her about it. Serrano then hit her with a neckbreaker for a two count. Serrano went for a powerbomb, but Hudson countered it and rolled her up for two. Hudson tripped up Serrano and dragged her to the apron for a legdrop on the hardest part of the ring.

Serrano came back with a kick and then a knee to the face. She hit Hudson with a Hell and Back knee strike and stacked Hudson up for the pin.

Winner: Zoey Serrano via Pinfall.

After the match, Daria Rae came out and congratulated Serrano. She then told Serrano to finish hudson, but Indi Hartwell appeared inthe ring and ran Serrano off to save Hudson. She grabbed a mic and asked Daria if she was just going to keep doing this. Hartwell said that she and Hudson aren’t going anywhere. Daira disagreed. Then the segment ended.

TNA Career Threatening Match
Frankie Kazarian vs. Moose (TNA Career)

After Moose inadvertently helped Kazarian win their Escape the Cage match at Lockdown by spearing him through the exit door, Moose feels the need to prove Frankie Kazarian never truly beat him. So, Moose interrupted The King’s Speech last week and demanded another match. Kazarian would only agree on one condition: Moose puts his TNA career on the line. So, if he loses Moose is out (unless this is just like how they were going to “erase” Leon Slater’s X-Division title reign if he lost at Lockdown).

Kaz went for a chicken wing right off the top, but Moose powered out and hit a senton. Kaz started talking trash so Moose shoved him into the corner, but Kaz cam back with an axe kick and a backstabber. He dropped a leg from the second rope and grabbed a two count.

Moose ripped Kaz off the top turnbuckle into a powerbomb for a two count of his own. Moose kicked Kaz in the face, sending him sprawling to the outside. Moose went to dive on him, but took too long and Kaz scrambled back into the ring. Moose went for a powerbomb, but Kaz slipped out of it. Moose went for a crossbody, but Kaz caught him with a cutter instead.

They moved to the outside and Kaz chopped Moose. He tried to suplex him but Moose blocked it. Moose whipped Kaz knees-first into the steel steps. Moose got to his feet and chopped Kaz in half before quieting the crowd so they could hear him deliver another one.

Moose threw Kaz into the ringpost then picked him up for a slam, but Kaz countered and sent Moose face-first into the post. They got back into the ring where they caught each other with a double clothesline off the ropes.

They got to their feet and traded right hands in the middle of the ring. Moose grabbed Kaz, but he rolled through for a two count. The started working faster, with Kaz hitting a stiff clothesline, but only getting a ONE-count on Moose.

Moose started powering up, shaking off punches from Kaz. He headbutted him and then nailed Kaz with a spear, but Kaz rolled out of the ring before Moose could get a cover. Kaz stumbled towards the announce table to catch his breath. Moose stalked him on the outside, but when Moose charged, Kaz back body dropped him onto the timekeeper’s table, smashing it.

Kaz rolled back into the ring to see if he could milk a countout victory. Moose crawled towards the ring and just beat the count, sliding back in to take a foot to the face from Kaz. He DDT’d Moose on the apron (the antlerest part of the ring!) and tried to move him back inside the ring. Upon succeeding, Kaz hit a fade to black on Moose, but only got a two count.

Kaz pulled Moose into a Chicken Wing, holding him in the middle of the ring, the ropes much too far away. Moose looked like he was going to pass out a couple of times, but he sprung back to life to avoid the loss. Moose elbowed his way out of the hold and speared Kaz. He made the cover, but Kaz kicked out.

Moose primed himself for another spear, but Kaz dodged it and went for a Fade To Black. Moose got out of that and speared Kaz two more times. Moose made the cover and got the victory to retain his career.

Winner: Moose via Pinfall.

After the match, Moose slid a chair into the ring and grabbed Kaz’ crown that he’s been carrying around. Moose put the crown in the middle of the ring and smashed it with the chair.

Backstage: Matt Hardy

The scene then switched to a knocked out Matt hardy backstage. Two figures in black loomed over him and then stepped out of frame.
