— There is currently a vote in Long Island, New York as to whether local residents will agree to build a new Arena in Uniondale that will replace the Nassau Coliseum for the New York Islanders. The plan would include the construction of a $350 million facility in order to keep the Islanders in town. The current arena has been around since 1972, and hosted a part of WrestleMania 2, Crocket Promotion’s 1987 Bunkhouse Stampede, Summerslam 2002 and more.
