Pre-Show Arrivals

Vic Joseph narrates the “everyone walks in” montage.

Video: NXT Halloween Havoc 2026 Cold Open

A hype video focusing on the feuds, Danhausen, and bringing up “ghouls and goblins” – which are objectively nowhere near as cool as Ghouls ‘n Ghosts. Wren Sinclair vs. Kelani Jordan gets a strong focus alongside the mist angle for Shiloh Hill vs. Naraku.

In-Ring: Danhausen

Danhausen arrives with a parade of MiniHausens and hypes up the spin the wheel, make the dealhausen and he’s turned the Performance Center into a series of scare rooms. Okay dokey then.

Weapons Wild Match
Tavion Heights vs. Myles Borne

Tavion Heights is out in a Freddy singlet and Vic hypes up this as one of the very few Weapons Wild matches ever – because WWE has never had a hardcore match. Borne is out in a Jason-themed mask with white and blood-splattered gear and he should keep this look because it’s good.

Borne goes for the throat with a kendo stick before Heights gets him with a fire extinguisher and whether it was planned or not, having the graphic up for the announce team blocked him from the frame – so it was a nice surprise when it happened as opposed to very obvious. A crutch is introduced and Booker T talks about human crutches hurting and Vic points out that what other kind of crutch is there!? A floor brawl leads to a PIP ad break with Heights loading the ring up with weapons. Heights gets 2 off a northern lights suplex and he wants a lawn dart, but eats a corner chair instead. Heights grabs a toolbox and Borne smacks him with it. Borne wants a zig zag, but gets dropped onto metal shards out of a black bag for 2. I would definitely put those into a black bag and not a toolbox that’s mostly empty.

Orton powerslam gets 2 for Borne. Borne covers him with steps and a chair for a 2 – okay, that was a pretty cool cover. Less cool is a chairshot to Borne’s “back” as he’s in the wedge of the steps and Heights goes to Pillmanize the leg and does a chairshot with it and gets the ankle lock on. Borne gets to the rope and he’s pulled mid-ring because there are no rope breaks and Borne rolls him into the exposed steel buckle in the corner. Heights wants a superplex off the top to the floor through a table, but Borrne grabs a camera and smashes Heights with it to send him through the table. The Borne Again/Zig Zag wins it.

Winner: Myles Borne via Pinfall.

Backstage: Tristan Angel, Sean Legacy

Tristan Angels is terrified backstage in a scare room.

Backstage: Shiloh Hill, Evil

Shiloh Hill vs. Naraku is next. An NXT Halloween Havoc history montage airs before Hill and Naraku are shown brawling backstage and Naraku heads to a scare room calling for Hill, who is in a room full of pumpkins and covered in orange mist and a To Be Continued graphic airs

Zaria vs. Izzi Dame

Strange show flow, but it izz what it izz. Vic explaining the literal drama school storyline makes it seem even more absurd as she’s dressed like the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz.

Dame plays cat and mouse before getting grounded and pounded down. Vic says that Zaria could have nightmares about this event – I can see that, especially if she’s got the audio turned up. Zaria gets a sitting corner choke draping Dame over the ropes before a PIP ad break with Zaria doing a schoolgirl and grabbing Izzi…akin to Mickie and Trish at Mania because Izzi’s facing the wrong direction for the move, which gets 2. Izzi gets a tree of woe and hits a “spear-like modification” according to Vic. Or just a spear as it’s been known for 28 years. Dame lands the avalanche codebreaker for 2.5. Izzi grabs the North American belt-like object and the referee stops it before Zaria lands a discus lariat and grabs the belt, only for the distraction to let Izzi win with a busaiku knee, which you wouldn’t know if you were just listening because Vic didn’t actually call the finish despite it being the finish and him being the play by play guy. This was terrible in that it was devoid of anything good.

Winner: Izzi Dame via Pinfall.

Backstage: Hank & Tank, Noam Dar, Romeo Moreno

Hank and Tank stand near the Dusty Classic trophy before and Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno chat them up a bit and reference Dusty’s “the view never changes” promo.

Backstage: Robert Stone, The Vanity Project

Robert Stone is complained at by Vanity Project and they’ll face Fenix, Gable, and Dragon Lee.

Ringside: Blake Howard, Tatum Paxley

A Busted Open Halloween costume with LaGreca as Cody, and Blake Howard as Mean Gene and Tatum as an axe murderer.

On Stage: Danhausen

Danhausen is out to spin the wheel and it’s a Very Nice, Very Evil Match – which is just falls count anywhere.

Very Nice, Very Evil Match
Charlie Dempsey vs. Zilla Fatu

Zilla is out as Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.

Dempsey gets a gutwrench suplex, but his hiptoss is countered by Zilla into one of his own. Dempsey avoids a tree of woe headbutt and throws Zilla into a grate in the corner. Zilla beats down Stacks and King after landing a lariat and senton on Dempsey. Zilla uses the chain for a “get over here” Samoan drop and gets…some of it… Triple Z hits alongside an Uso splash for the win.

Winner: Zilla Fatu via Pinfall.

Backstage: Shiloh Hill

Shiloh Hill goes into a weird tube room and goes into various creepy rooms. Shiloh is great as this aloof goof act, but these skits feel very out of place on a wrestling show.

Backstage: Tony D’Angelo

Tony D hypes himself up backstage.

Video: Michael Chandler

Michael Chandler cuts a promo from the gym about being there for Robert Stone.

Video: Dion Lennox, Cruz Montana

Cruz Montana cuts an intense promo on Dion Lennox “earlier today” and Lennox wants the OG version of Montana.

Backstage: Chantel Monroe, Thea Hail, Nikkita Lyons, Lizzy Rain

Chantel Monroe is scared by the women backstage and the Women’s title match gets a hype video.

Backstage: Naraku, Shiloh Hill

Shiloh and Naraku’s brawl continues on into a closet and then a blue-lit room and a guy in a mask sends Naraku after Shiloh. Okay then.

NXT Women’s Championship
Wren Sinclair vs. Kelani Jordan (c)

Hey go back and forth to start before a baseball slide by Sinclair sends it to an ad break. Sinclair lands a Scotty 2 Hotty-style facebuster for 2. Jordan lands a double-jump crossbody and a Northern Lights suplex for 2. Jordan hops into the wring with a hip attack on the arm for an ad break. Jordan gets a Fujiwara armbar, but Sinclair turns it into a cradle for 2. Sinclair hits a bang-a-rang for 2.5. The Last Wrench is on, but Jordan gets the rope, but pulls Sinclair into the exposed metal buckle! 450 splash hits for 2.9! The Final Wrench is on and Sinclair rolls around, but Jordan gets her foot on the rope for the win. Well, that’s certainly weird booking given the buildup.

Winner: Kelani Jordan via Pinfall to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.

Naraku vs. Shiloh Hill

Shiloh counters the mist with a burst of fog from his mouth and he pins him with a back suplex to a neckbreaker.

Winner: Shiloh Hill via Pinfall.

Backstage: Robert Stone, Kelani Jordan

Sinclair meets with Robert Stone “on the phone with CM Punk” and he talks to Jordan about going to other shows and she’ll defend her title in a mystery match on NXT.

Ringside: Tatum Paxley, Blake Howard

Tatum teases that she could be the mystery opponent in the panel.

Video: NXT TLC PLE Announcement

It as announced that the next NXT PLE, NXT TLC, will be taking place on December 12.

Backstage: Danhausen, Kam Hendrix, EK Prosper

Kam Hendrix chats with Danhausen about cloning him and making lots of money. Hendrix gets beaten up by EK Prosper in the room, which suddenly emptied.

NXT Championship
Tony D’Angelo vs. Grayson Waller (c)

They brawl to the floor and Tony avoids a piledriver on the steps and lands a backdrop to the floor for an ad break. Waller throws Tony into the pumpkin portion of the LED board and mocks Tony’s family in the crowd before Tony kicks his ass in front of his family. Tony lands an avalanche belly to belly to Waller. Waller gets 2 off a diamond dust before grabbing a crowbar in the corner. A forearm shot hits before Tony lands a spear that rocks Waller. Tony goes on the steps and Waller lands a rolling thunder cutter off the steps through the announce table. They fight for the crowbar and the ref gets bumped before Waller misses with the crowbar and Tony hits the spear, but there’s no ref. Waller lands a crowbar shot and wins with the rolling thunder stunner to retain.

Winner: Grayson Waller via Pinfall to retain the NXT Championship.

Danhausen announces that Waller will face his friend on Wednesday – CM Punk and he’s coming to win the NXT Title. Well, that makes the odd booking of Waller retaining given the story they were telling with Tony make some sense. CM Punk as NXT Champion would be newsworthy and give him a fresh crop of people to work for a while, and steal the thunder from Blood and Guts should be win it, too.
