People Magazine has an article noting Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls will sing America the Beautiful at WrestleMania XXV. The magazine also mentions that Kid Rock will sing a “medley of his songs” at the event, which was announced on Raw last night.

As reported yesterday, Variety had a lot of WWE coverage, discussing WWE delivering the male demographics , and the company’s Ancillary growth. Some of the things noted in the reports were the following:

* The WWE Kids Magazine made a profit in its first year.
* Sci-Fi and WWE are working together to re-brand the ECW series.
* The WWE Home Video Division grew 9%, even with the current recession and problems with distributor Genius.
* Without spending major money to develop their social networking website, the WWE Universe, WWE has over 320,000 users on the site.

WWE mentioned the passing of Steve Doll in their Industry News section of WWE.com.
