We can report that at least two more people have been released from WWE’s corporate side in the last week. Mark Keys, Vice President of Digital & Interactive Content Production & Social Media, was fired within the last several days and an executive within the company’s Sponsorship sales division has left. We can exclusively report that his name is Joe Delgrosso. Word is that CMO Michelle Wilson wanted to get rid of him a few months ago, but was concerned about backlash from WWE’s few sponsors, so she waited until Summerslam ended to fire him.
This is being referred to as a “major restructuring.” According to sources in WWE, Stephanie McMahon is now in charge of WWE website of the restructuring. The company recently merged the website and magazine departments with the magazine side of things overseeing the website. The website redirect is so that the company can make changes to the corporate side of the website.
