Alberto Del Rio’s WWE Return?, WWE’s Rehab Offer

— Officials are confident that WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio will be able to return from Mexico in time for this week’s RAW live events in Puerto Rico as he is still being advertised to face CM Punk. John Cena is being advertised to face the winner of Del Rio vs. Punk in the main event.

Other matches for this week’s Puerto Rico shows include Primo vs. Dolph Ziggler for the US Title, John Morrison & Evan Bourne vs. The Miz & R-Truth, Santino Marella & Zack Ryder vs. David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty, Alex Riley vs. Jack Swagger and Beth Phoenix vs. Divas Champion Kelly Kelly. No word yet on why Morrison is replacing one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston.

— Jim Ross wrote the following on Twitter last night about WWE paying for wrestler’s rehab: “WWE spends thousands of dollars on former wrestlers rehab treatment annually BUT 1st wrestlers have to want help. Can’t make em go.”

A fan asked if this included former employees like Matt Hardy. Ross responded: “WWE’s offer is good for any alums. BUT they have 2 want 2 be helped.”
