According to a source, Matt Hardy was arrested for another DWI earlier this week. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 30.

Police officials in Raleigh, North Carolina have confirmed Hardy’s latest arrest.

This is a SEPARATE DWI from his recent incident in Moore County, North Carolina.

“For the first time in my life, I was framed.. 0, 0, and O.. I’m truly appalled. This will not go down without a fight! Looks like I’ve got a bull’s eye on my head.”, Hardy tweeted on Monday.
