— The Urban Wrestling Federation has a production meeting for their December tapings, which will be at Club Amnesia. They will shoot promos from there. They are using the venue because here is that for the potential reality project they are working on, the story will be that UWF starts small at Amnesia, then grows into Hammerstein Ballroom and then hits the road for a show in Miami.
— At this time, there are no plans for the UWF to return to Hammerstein as there is an ongoing legal issue between the two sides. At the first taping, the promotion utilized the venue’s production facility and servers while filming. There were apparently issues that led to delays in the actual presentation of the live show as well as loss of audio and video material. It is said that the storytelling and commentary was so poor on the first show in comparison to the strength of the second show was because the audio and crowd noise was on one audio channel. The promotion could not go back in and re-voice anything without killing the audio of the bumps, audience and so on. Until the legal issues get resolved, the promotion will not be back at the venue.
