The Supplemental Draft, Backstage Draft News, RAW, More

The plan for WWE Superstars as of a few days ago was to have one RAW match, one Smackdown match, and one ECW match on each episode, with each brand’s announce team calling their brand’s match. This plan could of course change. They taped one SmackDown! match prior to RAW and likely will do two more at the SD! tapings tomorrow.

Last year WWE didn’t finalize the Draft plans until a few hours before RAW. None of the wrestlers knew who would be going where except Triple H.

Former WWE wrestlers Snitsky and Balls Mahoney are scheduled to headline the National Wrestling Superstars double-shot weekend this coming Friday and Saturday. The former ECW stars will duke it out in a “Loser Goes Through A Door” Match on Friday night at Herbert Hoover Middle School in Edison, New Jersey. The two grapplers will make encore appearances the following night at Williams Valley High School in Tower City, Pennsylvania. For more information on the upcoming shows, visit www.NWSWrestling.com.

As a reminder, the WWE Supplemental Draft will be held Wednesday at noon via WWE.com. We will provide live coverage on this website as well.
