Rimah Fakih reportedly blew two and a half times the legal limit when she was arrested for a DUI this weekend. The police report from Detroit where Fakih was arrested Saturday morning says that Fakih was pulled over when she was seen speeding and weaving through traffic. Police say that Fakih “immediately identified herself as Miss USA” and that when she took a breathalyzer she blew a .19 blood alcohol level and then a .20. In Michigan the legal limit is .08.
Officers say they found a half-empty bottle of wine on the floorboard behind the driver’s seat. She was then arrested on suspicion of DUI.
