Lita Update, Kofi Kingston Wants To Wrestle TNA Star, & More

For an article on The Sun, WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston named his picks for “Wrestler of the Year,” “Best Entrant To The WWE,” “Favourite Feud of 2008,” “Most Memorable Moment,” as well as “Best Non-WWE Wrestler.” His pick for “Best Non-WWE Wrestler” of the year is TNA wrestler Kurt Angle. “There are so many good wrestlers out there, it’s hard to pick. But Kurt is the one I’d most like a match with,” Kingston said.

In the E! Channel’s popular clip show The Soup that aired this past Friday night counting down the top 40 clips of 2008, a WWE-related clip was the ranked as the fourth best clip of the year. The clip in question features WWE Raw Superstars Randy Orton and Manu (and Cody Rhodes by Manu’s side) in a backstage segment forehead to forehead apparently moaning at one another. They then spoofed the segment by having three men snarling closely at show host Joel McHale. This is the third time in which the clip has been featured on The Soup.
